Purchased a super cute woman's top and received the wrong item. I had to send pictures of the package and the item to them verifying it was incorrect. Spent $35 on the order. They are offering me $6 and their apologies for any inconvenience caused. Proceed with caution before spending your money.

Made a purchase and the total at check out and on my receipt was not what they charged to my PayPal. Tried to get a refund they sent me through a different channel, so I asked PayPal to help. PayPal denied my dispute and the appeal, even with receipts and screen shots. I then went back to possibilityk where my order number was flagged when inquired a refund for the amount I was overcharged stating that since I was working with PayPal they couldn’t help me and the closed the chat.
