One of the worst experiences

One of the worst experiences. They schedule deliveries without ever coming over and show you fake photos that they were there. We have had this experience twice for two different products within the same month. The most incompetent delivery service and most unreliable firm we have ever experienced in Switzerland by far.

Terrible terrible Transporter

Terrible terrible Transporter . They don’t know Where is my Package . I bought some presents to my son on temu for his Gaming room. My Package arrived Saturday 23.08.205 and was released from customs also that Same day . Asendia says they give it to post . Swiss post says they didnt receive it yet . So my question is Where is it since Last Saturday ? Fast delivery my Ass

Swiss Post is Awful

Swiss Post is incompetent and lies. Saturday Services paid for but not performed. Fake "recipient" orders to retain packages just so they don't have to deliver on time. Packages requested for 24 Post not placed there and then disappearing to never be found. Awful service.

On august 3

On august 3 , 2025 we were the whole day in the train because there was sale. When we arrived in station scoul-tarasp it was very dark. It was arround 22:30 in the evening. We all where tired from the day and looked forward to be in our home again. But when we stand at the station there was no postbus jet , we accept that and decided to wait 10 mins. 10 mins later there was still no bus , but on the screen on street we all say that the ride was planned. Than we decided to go walking , it is there not flat. And also it is very dark , on some pieces of the way it was completly dark. Also at that way it is walking hill up , you need to cross a big and dangerous road. On that evening it was a bit cold.
Its just sad that the bus dont come , but on the screen it stands well , we were at home at 23:00

Greedy, rigid and unfriendly

They are rigid and unfriendly. My customer was charged VAT taxes twice on a package even though I had labeled it that the VAT had already been paid in French, German and English. This label was completely ignored and they conveniently converted the dollar total to Euros so they could charge even more taxes. I sent all the documents to the post.ch and they said it was too late. So my customer was charged more than double and ther only way to protest the charge was to pay another 40 Swiss Franks. So greedy!

Very efficient service

Very efficient service, internation shipment gets sorted and shipped in less than 24 hours, same as all national shipments. Great service, fast and relatively economical.

Best post service in the world!

Best post service in the world, hands down (at least in Europe, Die Post is unbeatable). The Swiss Post treats your parcels, letters and deliveries with top notch efficiency and professionalism. Excellent service. In Die Post filialen, customer facing staff are always 5*.

Avoid the Post if you don't want your packages to get stolen

They gave me wrong information about the delivery date, they left the package outside of my biulding and it got stolen (assuming it was ever delivered as they claim). They say I need to solve the matter with the sender, which in turn obviously says it's the Post fault, which it is. And of course there was no option to deliver in a PickPost or choose the delivery date

My consignment was returned 3 times…

My consignment was returned 3 times without no reason. The excuse the post master gave was that the Carlton didn't go into the letter box. Of which no one could expect a Carlton to go into a letter box (Galaxus - New invoice 63582838)

Show a little respect

This was not the first time that they have treated things with no respect. We received a delivery at our home address and before I could get down in the lift, I could hear the packages just being thrown into the hallway. Luckily there was nothing fragile in ours, not sure about the others. They were just thrown into the middle.
On past occasions there have been expensive packages, with clear advertising on the box, left outside on our busy street in Basel. Anyone could have been walking by, on this occasion the doorbell wasn’t even rung.
The drivers need more training in respecting people’s belongings and taking care.

Die Post - a top Swiss company

I have always appreciated Swiss Post! It’s the best in the world in my experience (Die Post in all respects!) and one of my top three companies in Switzerland.

On time delivery and good communication throughout the process. Postal outlets are convenient, well staffed and service oriented.

I just received a package early on a Saturday morning and delivered by electric vehicle too. Excellent service!
