Costumer service was brilliant. Got a post from england and royal mail deleyed my post, arrive in Lt after 11 days even tho its priority mail, lietuvos manage to deliver to my home just after 2 days.

Worst experience ever. Doesn’t matter how good you will pack your packages, if it not in box and in post rules are written “ your package must withstand 4 times its own weight and not deform.( most stupid thing I ever heard).
So don’t waist your time , if they damaged your package inside- they don’t take responsibility for that.

Worst parcels delivery company in Lithuania.
Mailman never delivers to the place of destination, only way to receive your parcel, stay in queue for an hour or so in local post office.
Customer service horrible both ends, on site and online.
If it would not be government funded national structure company, it would have been closed ages ago.
If you have any chance to avoid this crap company - do it at any costs, save yourself time and hassle, Lietuvos Pastas is not worth it.

The worst possible service ever. Poor information, everything happening extremely slowly. I advise everyone NOT to use LT post service and look for an alternative shipping methods!
Failed to deliver parcels twice
Failed to deliver parcels twice, delivered them to post terminals instead. I am ill and can't physically go to terminals, but phone consultant asked if I will get better and can go to retrieve them from the terminal when I will. Unacceptable work ethic and failure to do main job of delivering parcels.

Worst ever!!! Discriminating payment policies, long processes and at the end you go to pick the parcel yourself at some random post office, that is completely inconvenient situated.
Filed the complaint. Don’t think I will get any response. Customer service is hopeless.

Due to poor funding and cuts, bad management and neglect, quality of service is poor, parcels are moving slow or getting lost.
This is what happens when private individuals or interest groups play with public sector.
MASSIVE REGISTERED MAIL THEFT!
BEWARE! Registered mail shipments from Lithuania disappear on a frequent basis without a trace, as they are allegedly stolen by "LP" themselves by marking shipments as "INTERNATIONAL DISPATCH" and then the shipment's tracking ends and the shipment disappears without a trace! Avoid any mail orders from Lithuania until they improve the situation with Registered Mail theft and the alleged corruption of the postal mailing system.
Dishonest and too expensive
I found a piece of garden machinery, and would like to have it shipped from Lithuania to Denmark. I asked at the office in Kaisadorys and they told me the price would € 47,50. I then bought the machinery, the seller drove it to the post office. Now the price is suddenly € 118, and here i am with a 2 meter package. Had to pay the € 118 but I will never use this company again
Sent 5 parcels from UK to 5 different…
Sent 5 parcels from UK to 5 different locations in lithuania. All customs declared and paid. 2 got there fine, other 2 had to pay huge sums for undeclared items, which is stupid as it was declared already, and the last one came back because the delivery time expired. I don't understand how more than half of them failed to get to their destinations properly, all the addresses could be found on their website, all the duties were paid for beforehand, and were sent on the same day. You could say it turned out a bit like an experiment haha. So if you sending anything UK to LT, feel at calm knowing that maybe, if lietuvos pastas feels generous, perhaps it will spare its time to deliver the parcel properly. Next time 100% will get the lads in a van as they don't mess around.

The system on their website is not working and staff on the phone refuses to help. I have a small box of tulip bulbs stuck for three months and no one cares! No wonder you cannot leave them a review on Google or Facebook! Huge disappointment as their renewed branding promises progress while their inner system has stayed solidly soviet! Never gonna use Lietuvos Pastas if I can help it.

Customer service imposabile to contact and recomends other parcell to be contacted even tho nobody asked to hand them in.
Tip: for international sending do not use Royal Mail you are better off with Hermes or DHL

Lietovus Postas is mayne one of the stupiest companies i ever seen with non educated employees.
Send more the 20 parcels from Holland to Lithuania and every time its the same problem. They just dont deliver it when someone is home all the time and tell they missed them.
