DO NOT ORDER! Yes, their cards are cute, funny, original, etc. It's a great concept but it's executed TERRIBLY! The order fulfillment speed is abysmally slow, the tracking is non-existent, and i... See more

Cards not received!
The site was easy to navigate and use. And I was contacted right away when I emailed them. Those are the reasons there is 2 instead of 1 star.
I ordered several cards. 3 were not received. Others took 5 days before they were even mailed, and still not sure if they will be delivered or not. Despite the quick email response, the resolutions were not completely resolved. I decided to just stop trying and looking at other companies.
I was hoping for a different outcome but.
I’ve used postable.com’s service for years. I love their cards. I emailed the contact to ask if they would please consider offering cards for Pride + Juneteenth (off the top of my head) at the very least, beyond showcasing these very important cultural celebrations. Whether they have thought about my email or not, the options aren't there. I’m a white, straight Catholic woman with money in my 40s. I say that only so my fellow white/cultural racist xenophobes friends + family + I may have the option to look at something different. It’s about us, how about that.
I want to support the artists but now I can’t support the company.

Sending cards once a month - no problems
I've been using Postable to send cards all over the world for a while now. Their customer service is a bit hit or miss if something goes wrong but overall, great service. 10/10 would recommend.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered Valentines on January 25th 2021 and St Patrick's Day cards a few weeks later. I was delighted to create my own cards, I found the site easy to use and I loved the idea of the address book and the ability to refer back to my orders. I expected covid delays with the mail. The US cards all arrived promptly, I think they ship out of Tennessee. The Valentines addressed to Canada, the UK and Europe are still turning up on May 7th 2021 to my home, the return address, with crazy mistakes in the addressing, mistakes that I did not make. An expensive disaster, not just one card but several. Moon pig is more expensive, but you get what you pay for! Never again Postable, a huge rip off.
Cards never delivered
Cards never delivered. Ordered them a month ago, Site shows status Mailed, but they were never received. Postable points at USPS but bottomline this is a lousy service. Asked my money back.
Disappointed
1st I used them in to send a card during the Xmas period and I placed the order 3 weeks before and it did not arrive . I chased up and got a refund. 2nd time I used them was for a birthday. Order placed week before (feb) and card did not turn up. Got a refund. I will not be using the company again as no joy with what they sell. I would advise you to avoid.
VERY disappointed with this place
VERY disappointed with this place. I ordered a birthday card for my stepdaughter almost 2 weeks ago and she still hasn't got it. I will not be using this site ever again.
