Ordered dog toy in September 2019. Now it’s almost November and no goods received.
Sent several emails, tried to phone, no answer. Then send letter. No reply.
I paid with MC so will try to recoup the money. I should have read the reviews first. I thought as it was a GB company based in Gloucester it would be genuine. I was wrong. Website is now also ‘under maintenance. Is the company folded? As said by others: DO NOT USE!
If I could have put NO stars, then I would have! Colimanor are very happy to take your money and then they simply don't send send you the goods! They did NOT respond to countless emails and phone messages over a number of weeks/months asking where my items were. Fortunately, I had payed through Paypal, so in the end I managed to get a refund through them. Looking at other reviews, I am not alone in my very poor opinion of Colimanor and I only wish that I had read them before I made a purchase myself! A total waste of time and a lot of hassle. AVOID!

Order placed, money taken and nothing supplied. No initial response to email, phone or Facebook message. Eventually got back to say item would be delivered, but it never turned up. Luckily payed by credit card, so will be seeking a refund via them.

I wish I had read the reviews ... item ordered on 23rd of June - it has never arrived - the company don't respond to calls or emails - so like everyone else I'm pursuing a claim via PayPal ...

Sorry to say I have just had a similar experience to the people above. After being advised to use the company and a particular brand of harness by a widely advertised dog training place, I bought a harness and lead and was delighted with the service. However, on placing a second larger order, PayPal have kindly just refunded me as we couldn’t get any further replies after the original query of “where’s my order?” was answered with “it will be posted Monday and you will get it Tuesday”. Nothing arrived. No answers to phone calls or emails. Very sad about that. I am afraid the lady in charge may be ill , when I phoned the first order she told me she had had difficulties since she lost her husband last year ( and there are similar complaints from that time on the web) but they should not take orders if they can’t fulfill them.
Dont use this company! Shocking customer service. I paid for 5 dog coats back in March and I'm still waiting. I've chased them 7 times and still haven't received a refund. This is one of the worst businesses I have dealt with. A worse than poor service.
COLIMANOR was efficient and quick to send out a training lead I ordered. However they have been non communicative ever since. I have attempted to contact them by email and phone . I returned the lead with proof of purchase and have proof of postage but many weeks later they have still not refunded the item or responded to my two emails wanting reassurance they received the item returned. This is putting me off any future purchases.
