Gabrielle Phillips went beyond the job description and some
Gabrielle Phillips helped me today in a way that is so hard to explain. Not only was she professional and supportive but because i was so distraught to the point of crying and my baby also crying she went beyond her job in my opinion and tried to calm me down and support me as not only a customer but as a human. That level of service to me is beyond words. I had to at the time turn off the phone as I was so upset with the situation I was dealing with. Gabrielle has called me since to check how I am. This is absolutely and truly beautiful and has made me cry but this time in a happy way. I will always recommend Takepayments from now on because of this top and personal service and I very much hope my appreciation is passed on and if there is anyway in which this lovely lady can be rewarded then that would be fabulous. If there is anyway I can possible get hold of an address id like to send some flowers as at my breaking point Gabrielle was there for me. Tracey

Unethical strata manager Quantum Strata

Strata manager employed to help us straighten out 20+ years worth of mismanagement. Manager turned out to be biased, acted contrary to the Strata Titles Act on more than one occasion, gave the strata council bad advice, meddled in areas in which she legally has no part and pursued her own agenda in seeking to influence who was and was not voted onto the council. She has been dismissive of some members of community who raised complaints on various issues, based on her personal likes and dislikes. The most unprofessional strata manager I've ever come across.

I wrote to you previously regarding not…

I wrote to you previously regarding not being able to access my bitcoin account. You replied with a form to fill out and to enter a case/file number. I left it blank because no where in your correspondence was this number. The response from Bitcoin was they could not help until I uploaded documentation to prove my purchase. I was in the hospital when this was sent to me. I have not been able to get that documentation to them. They only gave me three days. Now the review is closed. Not happy. Since that time, I have tried to verify my Bitcoin account more than once to access the wallet I need to transfer the money from. Each time I have sent my driver's license and my Government ID. Each time this has been declined. I have retaken photos of each ID to make sure it is readable and each time been declined. I have other accounts with Coinbase, Blockchain and they have verified my accounts with no problem. You make it very difficult as I have this account for a few years.

I had no problem with my nest…

I had no problem with my nest thermostat until Google took over. I had to reregister with google and dance through all their hoops and now I cannot adjust from my phone and have to manually adjust. It never want to connect to WiFi. Customer service tried to help and we got it working. Next day, quit working. You may as well go buy a thermostat for $25 instead of $200. Thank you Google for screwing up a good thing. Buy another product, not this on.

We were charged $414.53 for a 1 day…

We were charged $414.53 for a 1 day rental because we had to pick our dogs up from boarding on our way home from the airport. We didn't have time to sweep it out before returning the car because we had to work the next day. I was quoted $77.68 to rent the car for 1 day. I could understand a $50 charge for cleaning but $336.91 to sweep a car out is beyond outrageous. I will never rent from Budget again!

Odenton Vet /8393 Piney Orchard Pkwy, Odenton Md

Went in yesterday am, Molly had a wellness visit and to check for some new behavior. Heather told me "we need a urialysis and can keep her here until 5:45 tonight, when we close." I was also informed that if vet could not obtain urinalysis, they could insert a needle and withdraw some urine from Molly's bladder. They also stated they need a fecal sample and would obtain it the same way. $622.70 later, I was told Molly was not doing well and when the needles were inserted "Molly did not respond well and had a heart attack" and was passing. I was horrified and stated I did not want her in pain and to do what was necessary. Molly was euthanized, due to COVID was brought out to the parking lot so I could say goodbye in public, crying. I was told, at that point, I was owed money and had already paid for euthanize procedure. I was shocked, went in for a well visit and ended up with a huge and a dead pet. Overnight, I checked my account and saw another $53.31 was withdrawn. When I called, Heather talked over me on the phone and I said I was stopping by to settle this. Heather met me outside and would not stop talking over me and I was upset. Heather did not have her nose covered with her mask and I asked her 2x to do so and she DID NOT. She did however, leave me in the parking, slammed the door (I am certain this is all on video camera) and when I called hung up the phone on me repeatedly throughout the day. No $ given back, no word on ashes from Molly, and hung up on 4x when Heather say it was my number calling. She was in my face with not nose covered talking to me and now I must be tested due to her. I am shocked and angry at this experience and will take this matter to a higher level. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET, they will be unethical, unkind and rude to you and your pet may not come HOME WITH YOU AS EXPECTED.

AIM2020 is the worst seller on Noon since 2 days no response

AIM2020 is the worst seller no responsibility towards customer in Noon(UAE)
I have never seen such a hopeless and a slow performing seller(AIM2020) in my life they are not concerned about the order they get they will deliver it when they feel to do it such a useless attitude they have towards the business in noon and moreover the noon guys don't even try to contact them and tell to ship the product at the earliest when I was a seller in noon(a2z4gifts1989) the noon team used to call and disturb us daily by calling and telling that the customer wants the product at the earliest so ship it soon so this means they are partial towards some sellers which is a very bad attitude to have in business.The seller AIM2020 is not at noon business its there for something else I think thats why such a hopeless response at the same time noon team also didn't take any initiative towards this case and remained silent as if nothing as happened.Please note never buy anything from the seller AIM2020 my order number is NAEC90098108050 no action taken by noon since 2 days.In spite of complaining about this 4 times and sending multiple emails to noon no response from them as well very poor performance as an e-commerce company I hope the seller AIM2020 is warned regarding such an irresponsible and careless attitude towards the noon customer and also would like to suggest all the other people around to never buy anything from this specific seller AIM2020 if you see them in noon just don’t go for their products they will not respond and there is no guarantee as in you will get your product delivered to you on time or not. I have never had such a worst experience with a company like this. Noon needs to take action against such sellers and such irresponsible attitude of people looking forward to sell their products on Noon.

Surprised at these bad review - I give 5 stars!

Have to give 5 stars for their service in my circumstances. Placed an order and expected long delays but then decided to read some reviews (wrong way round I know!). I was astonished at the amount of bad reviews so decided to take action. I messaged them on their website to say, in view of this discovery, it was a pity, but I felt my best option was to just cancel my order. IMMEDIATELY received an email from Tracey, who apologised and advised my refund was therefore being processed. RECEIVED REFUND TODAY, just over a week after my request. I call that excellent service, so THANK YOU VERY MUCH TRACEY!

I posted a review as below and received a response from Karen Millen quite quickly however - the email address they provided - I received an email back advising the address was no longer us use - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING they dont even know their own email addresses are not working
I purchased items in September and…
I purchased items in September and returned them on the 3rd of October - 2 weeks after I checked the website to see if the refund had been processed and the website had changed! I tracked the 2 returns parcels which had 3 different orders in - to find they had received them - I emailed them and was advised I would receive a refund within 28th days - emailed them today only to be advised to contact the administrators!!!! why did they take the items back then - they now have my items in their stock that they will no doubt be reselling but it looks like I am not going be refunded for them - its £110 - a lot of money. They should never have sold items through the website if they were not going to be able to give a full refund

Government grants (money) to start your business is a myth.
I think I know where the myth comes from: the www. Companies on the www only sell you a list of addresses to send applications to, nothing more. So, it isn't a straight lie; there is a list of addresses, but it's an exaggeration. Governments and foundations occasionally establish programs for stimulating special development goals. There are always larger social goals.
Think of it this way: How can a government give away business money except with a social purpose?
Government loans are much more common, meaning privileged loans for favored development programs. A lot of agencies will lend money for job creation and related goals. These loans are rarely easy to get, and you still need to meet the underlying goals of the government agencies that set them up.

Warning: This note can be a matter of life and death for anyone renting a vehicle from Ace Rent A Car, Hilton Newark Airport, Elizabeth, NJ: On July 26,2019.

Our family picked up a 15 passengers 2015 Ford van from ACE Rent A Car of Elizabeth, NJ.
Upon inspection of the rental vehicle (license plate: Z67 JBP) we found the following: we heard what sounded like metal on metal noise when we drove the vehicle and tried to apply the brakes.

Prior to that, we found dent’s and scratches around the vehicle, damage to the step rails, and a rear door that would not close properly. Upon further inspection we found two dashboard warning lights that were orange. After questioning the individual who brought us the vehicle, he indicated that we can ignore one warning light for the tires because they were checked and are okay. When asked about the second warning light, he said he did not know much about the vehicle. He continued to tell us about a new video monitor that was recently installed in the vehicle for watching movies.

When the manager engaged in a discussion about the condition of the vehicle, she became defensive and indicated that the vehicle was rented the prior day, and no one informed her that the vehicle had any problems.

She offered all twelve of our family members an opportunity to wait while her mechanic reviewed any problems we had with the vehicle.

We are writing to inform and warn future customers of the quality of vehicles this company has no problem renting to families that can potentially cause them to have a fatal accident on NYC highways and streets.

Mitchell and ingles south street Glasgow

Hopless unless you drive a £100k+ car did not even want to look at our Golf said it would be writen off by phone before they even saw it.
Only needed a windscreen and door mirror due to a drunk man running on foot into it at lights.
Rude unhelpful down right cheeky staff who were rippiwof another customer for a.windscreen on older B class when i was there they took it to another windscreen place amd charged her for there rate and genuine Mercedes part. We repaired the car ourselves for under £220 so how did they want to right it off? Im my opinion they arw crooks and only want to work ownew experience cars. Would not recommend to anyone and will never set foot in it every again go anywhere but here.

Time to pick up my full 16’ container…

Time to pick up my full 16’ container and drop off another one. This time I had a different driver, Mike. He too was so amazing. He was well within the 3 hour window. Like my first drop off with Bob he was very courteous and called to say he was on his way. Living downtown Burlington Ontario Is so busy with lots of traffic but he too was so professional and so experienced that he was prompt and never had a problem whatsoever. They are such an organized company with well experienced drivers. Everyone from the time I spoke to people on the phone and booked my containers and had my drivers both Bob and Mike were totally outstanding, experienced and knew their jobs.
My second container will be picked up Saturday and then put in PODS storage.
I have never had a problem with PODS and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wanted a smooth transaction.
To everyone on the other end of the phone and to Bob and Mike and PODS I truly thank you for such a wonderful service. To me you are top notch company.

I am very taken back by this companies…

I am very taken back by this companies cancellation policy. I don’t believe any company should keep money, Without delivering a product. If for some reason a customer cannot provide the necessary documentation, to be able to finish the process, meaning you cannot not get your certified document, than the company should issue a refund, as they were unable to provide their services to the full extent. Keeping the money without providing the actual service is stealing, and in bad form. This company does not operate with integrity.
