Customer focused, quick turn around without sacrificing quality

We, unfortunately, had a very bad experience working with Postergarden. The booth material that we ordered was not the correct size and did not fit the existing materials we already had from Postergarden. At the same time, multiple times, the materials were delivered later than agreed. This meant that we had to send the materials back and forth several times, not knowing if the materials would be ready for the fairs we were going to.

Several times we had to call them in order to get an update on the situation, which of course led to us wasting a lot of time in our end. We were not granted any discount or dispensation for the bad handling of the whole situation (and we did ask!), and we were actually charged for shipment when they had to lent us another frame for the booth, as the one they had sent initially didn't fit.

The graphics we received looked nice, but based on bad project management and the many delays and changes, we were not at all satisfied working with Postergarden.

Tradeshows can be stressful, and Craig always takes such good care of us!

We had to place a rush order for a table throw and booth banner and Craig Oxley was extremely helpful in making it happen and beating our deadline for delivery. The process was effortless and quick and the finished product was high quality. PosterGarden has been our go-to for a number of years for all our trade booth needs and will continue to be our preferred vendor for some time to come. Thank you Craig for all you do.

Fast service and great communication throughout the whole process. We were working on a very tight timeline and PosterGarden delivered! My go to supplier for all trade show displays.

Frustrated with my last order, both sets of parts were incorrect for conventions.

I worked for 2-3 weeks to ensure parts were delivered on time before convention with slow response and 2 sets of incorrect parts; PosterGarden is asking us to ship back products on our dime to Canada.

Our initial banner order was an arduous task, although completed in 2019. Happy with the outcome, super dissatisfied with the process.

Needing to replace parts still.. Hesitant to continue, but feel like I have to, in order to keep the existing banners we have in decent condition.

Always fully satisfied with PG. And so very happy that they were able to bounce back after the chaos and craziness of 2020. Craig Oxley is awesome to work with, and the results are always as good as or better than expected. Highly recommend them for anything, especially their SoftKnit banners. We love those things!
