Print is not as crisp as I’d expected…

Print is not as crisp as I’d expected given the “view in room” feature showing the image to be far more vibrant. Smaller prints were fine, however will not order again as better quality can be found elsewhere for less.

Bents and creases

Ordered two 70x70cm posters and received after a week in a square tube. Posters were bent and there are noticeable creases through the middle which ruin the poster. Cant hang it on the wall as there are visible creases on the poster. Wasted my time and ££

FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Because I am old and stupid and intimidated by online-stuff, I recently managed to order the wrong product from Posterlounge. When I called to ask for help, their representation Bruno Topić immediately jumped on the case and sorted the whole issue out for me, arranging a free return of (and credit for) the wrong item and personally checking to see that I ordered the correct item second time round. He could not have been more patient, charming or understanding with me and I am beyond grateful. This will be the second time I've ordered from Posterlounge and I have to say that their products also are second to none - a superb retailer from start to finish! The posters are really lovely

The posters are really lovely, on bright thick paper however the tube was badly crushed in transit I presume, sadly the two larger posters are ruined. I have sent several pictures to Posterlounge to show the damage and would hope they will reimburse me or send new ones out.

Average/poor print quality

Average/poor print quality/resolution. Having just received one of their more expensive prints i will not be a repeat customer. Unfortunately this site does not allow jpg so I can post the poor print I got from this business.

Excellent products and service

Fabulous range and style of images available.
Web site easy to navigate.
Prompt, efficient service. UPS delivery updates helpful until package left UK depot and then was repeatedly delayed over a distance of less than thirty miles. Not Poster lounge at fault.
Pictures arrived well wrapped and were perfect. Great quality, excellent frames.
Will definitely purchase from the site again.

Absolutely delighted

Was wondering what to expect after reading a few negative reviews but after receiving my canvas today I am absolutely delighted. The colours were true to the online pictures. The canvas was beautifully wrapped and looks stunning on my lounge wall. The delivery of 2 weeks was expected and definitely worth the wait. Thank you Posterlounge 😊
