The worst delivery service in Belgium
Literally the worst delivery service ever! Now I don't order in stores anymore which use PostNL as delivery partner.
On the first occasion I ordered something to be delivered to my home, on the day I was working remotely. I was at home the whole day, nobody showed up, but suddenly I receive a delivery notification. I went around the house just to be sure, but nothing was to be found. When contacting customer support, you get a message saying: "Allow 2 to 3 working days for the parcel to be actually delivered, and only then file a complaint"(!) So, they are aware of this practice, when delivery team marks the parcel as delivered, although it's not! This is a company policy! Then after several days I actually found the parcel in my backyard, in the old trailer nobody used for months... the box was left under the rain and I only found it by chance... Because of the incorrect delivery notification, there is no way to find out when the parcel was actually delivered, so all in all, completely unreliable service and foul business practices.
The second time, I ordered a small item to be delivered to a Pearl shop. The parcel never got to the shop and was delivered to the pick-up point instead, which was inconvenient for me. The "fun" started when I tried solving this through customer support. At first, they told me the sender should contact them for re-directing the parcel. This turned out to be false, as Pearle support said it was not possible for them. So, somebody was lying. The second approach didn't help as well: they kept insisting that nothing could be done once the parcel reached the pick-up location. Absurd! Never again!

Constant delays
Why even offer a service if you know its not going to be fulfilled? I never had my package delivered when they said, always problematic, never smooth. And when the package is actually delivered, its 30 mins away to a pickup point. Totally unsustainable and broken
