Ringde och beställde bord 2 dagar innan, kommer dit med familjens vänner då möts vi av en oförskämd kille som frågar oss om vi verkligen hade beställt bord och jag berättade för andra gången att vi kommer inte till en restaurang en lördagskväll med tio personer utan att beställa bord, då säger den oförskämda killen att det har blivit fel och de kunde inte göra något alltså ingen vilja att lösa problemet trotts att det var de som hade gjort fel och trotts att jag erbjöd mig att vänta en stund till något bord blev ledigt. Detta tyder på en icke fungerande ledarskap och bristande information till anställda om respekten till sina kunder som de lever av.
