Having never been to Vietnam I was very nervous trying to order local flowers as a Valentines surprise for my new girlfriend who had returned home for Tet. I saw that trustpilot reviews for Potico.vn were good and had been around for some time so I took the plunge. Their prices were about 1/10th what the Australian services offered, and unlike some other Vietnamese companies they seemed to deliver to Nha Trang and other cities not just Ho Chi Min or Hanoi. The site had a button top right for pages in English which was crucial as translate services wouldn't go into ordering pages. Ordering was clear and easy and Paypal was a nice safe option so I took the plunge and starting waiting nervously for my girlfriends advice. It seems providing the recipients local Vietnamese mobile number (as well as the address) was key. I could hardly believe it when 4 hours later on the same day she sent me a picture of the flowers in her home exactly as they looked on the site. Absolute gold class service, I can't recommend them more highly. If I absolutely had to critique anything it was just that the site pictures looked like they included a vase which didn't end up being included in the delivery so I'd just recommend communication about extras like that but it didn't impact the relief and pleasure of looking like a well organised person with the recipient :-) Again - highly recommend Potico for foreign/english speakers looking to send flowers in Vietnam.

Our son was on a business trip in Vietnam and had his birthday. The Potico team helped us to order and deliver a beautiful cake for his birthday and make his day special. Thanks Potico team 💕

Flowers delivered on time and looked like the picture. First time trying placing an order. Very happy girlfriend.

they deliver lovely flowers but i ordered for valentine's day and when i check the tracking on the day (at the end of the delivery timeslot) they say they are still processing the order! i ordered a week before... they also charged me extra for a valentines day order :( not good

They shipped my girlfriend rotten roses with mangled packaging around them literally looked like they came from a dumpster don’t fall for the scam this company is sure the app is convenient but don’t let it fool you they are thief’s

Ordered some flowers online that were charged at 459,000vnd and added an additional teddy bear gift for my girlfriend. When the payment page came up I was asked for 739,000vnd and could not see the bear (additional gift at 160,000vnd). Instead of clicking to go back and change the order hit confirm.

The flowers did arrive but the bear didn't. When consulting with Politco about the order they basically admitted the price was 459,000vnd but would not refund the difference in price I have paid. The bear cannot be traced as there seems to be some issues with the website and the way their processing works.

The customer service were not willing to do any kind of refund despite admitting their error. I would avoid this shop completely.

I have used Potico a few times. Most times the recipient wasn't happy and that the flowers were 'old'. I will use them ONE more time, then GOOD BYE

They should’ve delivered flowers and cake for a birthday.

End up waking the birthday person up at 7:30 in the morning and ruin the surprise and sleep.

Didn’t deliver the products and said they tried to reach out but never did. Also never sent a message to the receiving person.

They are to me the best choice for online flower delivery in Saigon, but they also deliver nationwide. I recommend them because unlike any other flower shop these guys have a box that protects the flowers from the sun and from the rain, big challenges in Vietnam! Haha

They usually have discount vouchers in the facebook page of potico.vn, so I suggest you check it out.

Potico has same day express delivery, cash payment options, and sells stands, orchids, bouquets, plants and other stuff in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. All in all my opinion is great!
