If I could have left a lower rating I…

If I could have left a lower rating I would have.
Don’t honour promotions and waiting over a week for a withdrawal to be told it’s still pending.

I hate leaving bad reviews but please avoid at all costs unless you like throwing money away.

As many of you will be aware we (Grace Media) legally took over the management of customers from the previous license owner this year, after the suspension of their licence.

As part of this process, and to ensure that all customers are managed in accordance with our UK licence requirements, we are having to request verification and due diligence documents from customers who were either not asked to provide this before, or where documents provided before, are now out of date. This also applies where customers may need a withdrawal to be processed to a different method from the original deposit.

I've been waiting over 3 months on a…

I've been waiting over 3 months on a withdrawal, Anytime I email, live chat etc. No one wants to know and they just keep saying update your I'd again! CHEATS!! Happy to take your money but dont payout!

Absolutely cheats

Absolutely cheats ! Cannot withdraw anything....cannot send an email....cannot speak to help.....lying cheating bar stewards....I have over 2000 winnings and they won't let me have it ! Steer clear

Great site great fruit machines decent pay outs only reason I give it a 4 is because if u can deposit fast they should pay out fast all round decent site not sure why the reviews below give it a bad review they must of lost ther rent

Don't waste your time

Honestly... Never known a payout like this, one week since withdrawal request and not heard a thing from them regarding when this will be with me. All I keep getting is 'we still need some documentation

Have provided ALL documentation required 4 times... Still being told I need to provide the information. Then I'm told to wait the 'amount of time I need to for it to get processed (was told 2-3 working days)'... I have been waiting 5 days, yet I'm still getting the same answer.

Alright when you are paying the money in, but as soon as it comes to taking it out... It takes forever apparently to enter your Ewallet which is meant to be faster than bank transfer.

Never known a casino to take this long and honestly... I wouldn't bother pumping your money into this, wish I never now as looks like I won't even get my winnings.

They take ur deposits and send you emails with silly promos

At least 10 e mails a week
But when u cash out they find ways to try to avoid payments
Stay stay away from this low life casino

Also take in mind
Any casino that dose not bothere to give a reply here means the staff just don’t want to lie to us any more

There is no way in hell any serious casino would not reply to any reviews good or bad
Just shows how cheap and dirty they are when it comes to customer service or customers respect

All you in trouble with this scam casino phone the gambling commission
Make a report
Make a coplaint to this scam casino by e mail so u have a copy and ask For a dead lock letter to be sent to you
Then the commission can help you and fine them
Don’t walk away your funds will be paid they just pray u walk away

This casino is a waist of time and I have also sent a letter to the hime office about this
They are just a scam who is behind this I don’t know but will get to the btm of it .
Have also spoken to the press and they have shown interest in this and I am putting all the info together
My solicitor has also sent a letter to my bank asking to refund my deposits as the casino has broken the laws of the British gambling commission

The gambling commission has take over this now and my advice is pls stay away from this site . Also no reply from them now in 6 days

I was asked why I needed my winnings ?? Absolutely ridiculous .. horrendous customer service ..my advice is to steer clear and join a reputable site

Cheeky Seamus! I love the character and the slot games on Pots of Luck.Regular win boost promotions, that are 50% of my winnings. Favourite promotion so far.
