My toilet was leaking i messaged poulters property they answered straight away within half hour the job was fixed i was very happy how quick they fixed the problem.

All the staff are so friendly and polite, explained everything really well and the process was really fast and efficient

The company is absolutely outstanding when taking care of their tenants. The buildings are clean to a very high standard staff are always willing to help when needed. All staff are very polite and happy.

Been in and out of PPSL houses for years now as a contractor in the area and never had any problems. Rooms always spotless on arrival, great location and price. Would always recommend

Just stayed with poulter properties for the last 8 months in Redcar fantastic company to deal with no problem ever to much for Gail and the team and all properties clean modern and well furnished will be sure to use them again if ever back in Redcar.

Stayed for around about 6 months whilst living in Redcar. The room I stopped in was beautiful and comfortable with a nice kitchen area with everything you need . The staff at Poulter property Services are absolutely brilliant and so helpful . Once again big thank you to Sue she is absolutely fantastic and helped me with everything when I first moved in . Brilliant service all around so highly recommended.
