First time ordering from this company.
There was some confusion in the beginning because I had not gotten any update in a week after the order. Apparently, the website was closed for holidays in the Netherlands, but I could still access it from abroad. Was quite anxious, but understandable situation.

The owner called me up soonest he was back and arranged to personally deliver the e-scooter the next day. I very much appreciated the gesture and can say the pleasant interaction made up for everything.
I would definitely order again.

I ordered the wrong step and they immediately canceled the step & refunded me the money. They were so friendly with helping me ordering the right one: their personal approach, the advice and their service is really amazing.
