5-day delay in shipping, why not also in-store pickup?
Order placed on Wednesday, but it did not arrive until the next Tuesday, and then via Smartpost, at extra cost. It didn't even get to Posti until Monday. Why the delay? Also, why isn't pickup at the closest Power also an option, at no extra cost? For items in stock, this should be possible even the same day.
