Besviken
I reserved a computer online and went in to pick it up. Went to the computer department and was ignored by the 3 staff members who were busy talking to each other. I was in the department 5 minutes looking at computers before I gave up and went to the front desk. I was ignored there for a few minutes before I was offered help. It took them a while to find the computer in the stock room. I paid and left. I later went to Elgiganten down the road. I was looking for a coffee maskin. I was asked if I wanted help by 2 different employees before I reached the department. When I got to the department, another employee gave me a full run down of the different options and helped me choose a machine. There were twice as many people in Elgiganten as there were in Power. The store was much nicer, cleaner, and the staff more helpful.
