I went around 19:00 on friday and was in the store within 15 mins. Although many items were sold out but I still shopped for so many things I needed. I had good experiwnce with the staff who were helpful to say the least.

The opening day was unorganized

The opening day was unorganized. So many customers broke the line and managed to enter the building. The sells staff are racist and behaved rudely

Good price and great service at store

Good price and great service at store, but the logistics are chaotic.
The delivery does not come at promised time, and no confirmation or any notification.
Contact the service and they just said if you are not happy you can cancel it.

Det är väldigt roligt att höra att priset och servicen i varuhuset upplevdes som bra.

Samtidigt är det tråkigt att leveransen och informationen kring den inte fungerade smidigt. Det ska vara enkelt att följa sin order och få tydliga uppdateringar om något blir försenat.

Du kan gärna kontrollera statusen i MyPOWER under Köp och Hantera din order. Där visas aktuell information och eventuell spårning. Det är också bra att se över e post och SMS, eftersom uppdateringar om förseningar skickas där.

Om leveransen fortfarande saknar tydlig status eller inte har uppdaterats på flera dagar, behöver kundtjänst hjälpa vidare med ordern.

Misleading Upsell for a Service With No Visible Value

Here’s a clearer and stronger version:

The sales representative misled me into purchasing a TV calibration service that has provided no visible value for my budget TV. After the service, I cannot see any noticeable improvement in picture quality. I feel this add-on was unnecessarily pushed during the sale and was not properly explained in terms of whether it would actually benefit my specific TV model. Overall, I am disappointed and feel I paid for a service that was not worth it.

The agent who assited me with the…

The agent who assited me with the mobile phone was very impolite and rude.I was simply seeking clarification on ordering 2 mobile phones, but his responses were arrogant.So my experience with that was dissapointing.
It was my first experience with power and unfortunately it was not positive.However, I would like to mention that other staff memebers aho assited me were helpful and professional.

for special occasion like opening sale

for special occasion like opening sale, its good to organise and monitor the queue (who come early and give some token for proper queueing system) people waited for more than 6 hours since mid night were pushed back and missed the offers :(
