After 11 days from placing online order for rechargeable batteries, when I have not received my order, I contacted Tenergy customer service and received the reply as " It looks like there was a system error that prevented your order from being automatically processed as expected..." They offered me shipping the batteries versus refund, and I chose refund. I am disappointed about their unreliable service.

I purchased a tactical flashlight almost 7 years ago in the fall of 2019 and it came with two Tenergy batteries 18360 3.7v 2600 mAH rechargeables. They have been a great battery so why would I want to change. I purchased 4 more and they have been working awesome. I use they while doing electrical or plumbing jobs in tight areas with low light and during deer season to and from the tree stand. Have been very happy with these batteries.

I ordered and quickly received the very cost effective and capable TB6B charger. My only criticisms are that the features are not very well explained in the documentation so it took some trial and error to figure out how to optimally condition my individual Prius NiMH modules and it would be nice if the listing had steered me to a charger with a faster discharge rate as this one is limited to 50 W for charging but just 5 W for discharging.

I put 2 of the new batteries on my charger, they would not charge up. I watched the charger thru the day and after 10 1/2 hours they still did not charge. nothing wrong with charger. I put the older batteries on charge.
bout 2 hrs later they were charged. the green light came on

I needed replacement batteries for outdoor garden solar lights. Based on online reviews, I went with Solla batteries, which I bought directly from Tenergy. They did not disappoint. Bought a 14500 replacement battery for my Oral-B toothbrush and it's as if the toothbrush was new. Charging works as expected too.

Delivered in a package that was hilariously big for one small battery though.
