i’ve been using this power bank for a lil while now and honestly worth every penny it charges my phone 4-5 times before needing a recharge, fast as hell and had loadss of ports

I received a faulty 120000mah Power Bank out of the box. It won't keep charge iPhones, even with their integrated cable. it will charge for a short period and then stop. We tried charging the bank to 100% but it would not go above 67%. Whilst charging 2 phones it suddenly dropped to 37%. We put it back on charge but it will not go above 37%. He is refusing to pick up the item, saying we have to pay the return carriage costs. In the 2 weeks trying to get him to pick it up the bank has gone to 0%. 1% a month would be the usual drop. I am now opening a chargeback with the card company.

I bought a wireless magnetic power bank and it’s faulty. It doesn’t charge. I have to arrange and pay the shipping fee again to return the item for their inspection. Then they can advise if I can return the item.

Ordered on Friday and rang ahead to make sure I would have my powerbank for an upcoming trip the following week. Power bank arrived the following Monday as promised. Very easy to deal with
