They will not comunicate after numerous emails ,and glue will not arrive ,DO NOT USE .
order no #1300, bought on the 28th feb ,it is now the 22nd march and still saying out for delivery ,purchased through shop and no way of contacting them either .

This is NOT a powerful super glue. It's just super glue.
It does not stick many plastics onto plastic. It's no different than what you already have in your toolbox / kitchen drawer, that cost 99p.
Many items I have stuck, have since fallen apart again. Very disappointing.

If you are thinking of buying this Powerbond Glue, Don't waste your time or money. Originally purchased 5 bottles, all arrived solidified. I contacted UK supplier, was promised replacements, nothing has arrived. So I contacted them again on three further separate occasions, had no further reply from them.
Their telephone numbers are no longer recognised.
This company is definitely scamming people out of money and has no intention of supplying products.

Order hasn't arrived, emails returned as undelivered.
Dreadful customer service, impossible to get in touch with anyone. Its a shame because I've used the glue before and it's very good.

Avoid this company. Order isn't sent via a method that is tracked and will never arrive (if it's even sent in the first place) The customer service will lie and promise to send replacements (again no tracking details) They won't arrive. You will be promised a refund that will not be fulfilled. Company is currently under investigation by trading standards and for fraud by the bank. Avoid!

I've used this expensive glue on quite a few different surfaces, it hasn't glued ANY of them together, it's no better than the cheapest glue on the hardware shops wall. Do not waste your money. Tried it on 3 different types of plastic, none of them stuck.

I have never known such a dire and dismal customer services in all my life, there has been a problem with buying right from the start with this small company, so I would be careful if you contemplate using them, you are told on the website that if royal mail fail to deliver after a reasonable time please be assured we will resend your order, they did resend one of my orders, but i dont know how it got to me as it was put in an ordinary envelope with a large letter stamp, and that was for 3 bottles of glue and another 2 bottles of filler, no padded envelope totally unsuitable packaging, then when I ordered some more filler giving the company a second chance, it never arrived, and I have been totally ignored by the daughter who is supposed to run the customer services side of her fathers business,I felt compelled to write this review because there is no facility to do reviews on their website, I fear if there were it would has very bad reviews and know one would use them, I feel sad to inform the public about them, but people have a right to know what they are like, the excuse is, if your lucky to get any responce is, we are only a father and daughter company, well if thats the case its clearly to much for you to cope with ,so get someone else who will do the job as it should be done, and look after your customers and send the products you sell in the proper packaging. Will never use again, buying experience was truly dismal.
