Improvement with Powerbreathe
Only been using powerbreathe for a few days, using it twice a day on No1 setting, at times managing to just get all 3 balls to the top of each chamber, noticed some improvement in breathing, not so short of breath,I suffer from mild heart failure.

The IMT trainer has provided an excellent research backed modality and accessible option for the patients I work with who have chest wall asymmetries and postural issues creating breathing dysfunction. Progress is measurable and the technique to use the device hands free quite easy for most individuals.

I ordered POWERbreathe Plus Medium Resistance for my son, who swims daily with a club team. He has used it consistently (once in the morning and once in the evening) for approximately three days. He has moved from Level 0 to 1-1/2. The device came very quickly, and we are happy with the purchase.

The POWERbreathe user manuals provide the scientifically proven training protocol for improving breathing strength and stamina and reducing breathing fatigue (which has positive effects in many conditions). Since POWERbreathe IMT is now being used in research and by medical professionals for their patients, new protocols are being trialled and established all the time for a variety of medical conditions, with blood pressure being one of the latest.
