NEVER EVER buy anything from this…

NEVER EVER buy anything from this company. The product we purchased wasn't what it said it would be and it ended up costing us $240, instead of the original $40 it was supposed to be. When checking out it checked a box for us to sign up for some type of fitness program that we didn't even know we had done and it charged us and they refused, even after multiple emails trying to get our money back that they stole from us, they would not do it. Do not trust this company don't even go to their website and click on anything because you might get swindled into what they did to us.

Shady Business Practices

This shill of a company scammed me for A subscription I didn’t order. I ordered a forearm contraption (basically a spring with a bit of padding, lame to say the least), and then I get charged $39.95 a week later for their Elite Power Body Transformation Program (which is another way of saying a useless bunch of advice hardly worth a $1) and it’s a reoccurring monthly fee!
When I told them I had never ordered it, they told me that I had clicked the button during the checkout process. As if I ever would have done that. I wonder how many other people they’ve scammed? When they responded to my email it seemed that their correspondence was just a copy/paste response. No doubt it wasn’t the first time they were contacted by customers calling them out on this shady business practice.
I highly suggest you stay away from this company, and personally hope they down in flames faster than a house fire.

Scammers

Got my order 2 months ago and it was cheap plastic garbage that doesn't work good but i chalked it up to me being stupid ordering shit off of Facebook. Then today I just got charged again without placing an order and now I cant get ahold of the company. Don't give them your credit card information

SCAMMERS!

Never got my order. Ordered more than 2 months ago. AI generated customer ''service'' runs the same ol' scam saying theres a problem with my address, even though i keep providing the same info. Now that i demanded a refund, they STILL require some ''final details in regards to your address'' in order to complete the refund. DO. NOT. BUY. ANYTHING. They are SCAMMERS!

Remarketed Tat

The ordering process snuck in a subscription to some kind of training program subscription, which I had to get cancelled. To be fair they responded quickly and efficiently to that. The Powerball itself took a long time to arrive. When it did I was very underwhelmed. It was in a box emblazoned with "Eagle Claw Gripper". The levers do not move smoothly and the quality is generally "not premium". Remarketed tat, they haven't even reboxed it in their own branding! Caveat emptor

Scam subscriptions.

It is my opinion that this place has ill intentions.
I have received a device, and I have removed the automatically added subscription from the basket, but they are attempting to charge me for a subscription still.
Device is of mediocre quality.
I will be initiating a chargeback for this uninitiated order.

Definite scam site

Ordered the PowerBall based on the adverts and the actual product is terrible quality. Attempted to initiate a return and refund the day I received the product, and the customer service rep via email said they did not offer refunds, and sent me a link to their own site indicating refunds were available within 30 days of receipt.

I initiated a chargeback via my credit card provider, and poweredgear sent me an email offering a full refund if I canceled the chargeback.

False advertising, fake Trustpilot score

Ordered a product which was not as advertised. Quality is inferior and the product lacks advertising features (adjustability). Their site also claims to have Trustpilot reviews and a score of 4.9, which is clearly not the case.

Possibly one of the worst products I've purchased.

Delivery took weeks.
The item was absolute trash. It smelled like flammable liquids. There was zero resistance, no one is getting a workout on this trash.
The crooks running the company refused a refund after 24 hours even though their refund policy on Shop states I have 30 days.
