Great service

Ordered an item(DIVINE GRACE OIL 150ml ) online on Saturday 6th July and received a confirmatory mail of purchase. I paid a total of £11.99(including delivery by Royal Mail) The mail said that once order is shipped I would be notified.

After 3 days when I had not heard anything from them I called only to be told the item is out of stock and are expecting delivery on the said day and would send soon as they receive or refund.

I did not hear from them and called the following day and was informed the items were not delivered. I then I asked for refund which they said to receive in 2 or 3 days.

As I write, I am yet to receive refund or item or even a call. I would take action

NB: in all situations I have been calling them for updates and not the order way round.

Awful customer service. The assistant was on his phone constantly and ignored me when I came to pay. He also commented when I laughed about a bath wash that said you could also use on floors, saying he doesn't find it funny.Went into this shop today and bought some oils and tried to return them after a few hours of shopping in Birmingham. The assistant was very rude and said they don't do refunds or exchanges and pointed to a tiny sign hand written on the counter.
I asked for the managers details and had to call a company in Brixton where I was told to call back on Monday.
Avoid this place if you want the security of getting a refund or exchange.

Made orders in past and had no problems but recent order made on 24th April hasn't turned up even sending 3 emails and no reply on update of order. Website says awaiting stock.

If powerful hand can't offer what I ordered I'd appreciate a refund.

Everything ive brought been Good products, my cousin told me about them few years now the products are amazing now at this moment waiting for my three items

I ordered a spray on 14.11.23. Still didn't receive it on 24.11.23. I had tried to email the company on 16.11.23, got no reply. Tried to call on 24.11.23, the line went dead. Called my bank, found out they had tried to set up a recurring charge for the item! Obviously I had never requested that. Have set up a dispute via Paypal - make your own conclusions from all that

No issue with deliveries, I only order candles and they are always well wrapped. never damaged. However despite ordering upto 9 candles about 5 times, i have noticed the wax level had now dropped. This cuts out almost a day of burning time :(

I ordered various bits and came extremely well packaged & high quality items - My parcel did come to my work address scheduled for a Saturday! (I was able to change myself with Royalmail) and have fed back to them via (no reply yet) - Overall happy

Powerfulhand have never failed me. They have always had prompt delivery and great customer service. Thank you. I loof forward to doing business for many moons to come!

Purchased a bottle of Powerfulhand.com “Frankincense fragrance/essential oil” in a store in birmingham. However it is not frankincense at all. Smells nothing like it? I believe it to be men’s cologne with a frankincense label on. Very confused?

I don't know how many stars should I give. The item that I have received is different from the description, I bought a money mojo bag, the bag should be a flannel bag, and it is not! Then it came with a white crystal and not the citrine 🤔. The bag with the herbs is so big, that I can't hide on my bra 😕. The other items that I bought seems to be OK, no results yet.
