This is by far the worst costumer service I've ever encountered. It takes forever to get their packages and if it gets lost on the way to you, forget about it. It's been three weeks and I'm still dealing with costumer service. probably won't see my package or my money again.
Stay away at all cost.
I've ordered blu rays from this company several times and have never had a problem. Packaging is excellent and delivery time is very reasonable.
Ordered from them directly a couple times and everything went great. Shipping was also extremely fast to the US.
These guys release some excellent films in really nice editions, but word of warning, if something goes wrong with your order, they’re extremely difficult to deal with. They need better customer service, it’s not the level you’d expect from a label charging premium prices.
Spent over 50pounds on there website buying blu-rays nearly a month later didn't arrive I got in contact with then they said I'll have to just wait ..back and forth over the next week asked for a refund as the blu-ray where not showerd up 3 times I asked they said I'll get a refund when the blu-ray get back to them I CANT SEND THEM BACK AS I DONT HAVE THEM ...really hard people to deal with I'm going to have to get legal advice....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED stear clear
Powerhouse Films AKA Lime Wood Media AKA Indicator, are probably the best UK based label for so called boutique blu-rays, meaning special and collector's editions. Not only do they make quality products, especially their limited editions, but their prices are reasonable (excellent during their sales) and when they pack your order it is obvious that they really care about getting your purchases to you in perfect condition. No expense is spared on bubble wrap to protect the products. None of this lark of items floating around in an oversized box like other companies do. Just excellent all round.
Ordered some items from this company and everything went well. First limited editions of the products are just great although later they print their back catalogue on the flipside of the cover art which looks a bit cheap. But high quality of the transfers as well as an interesting collection of special features. Nice range of different genres.
