I purchased a battery. Paid for 2 day delivery it has been now 1 week still haven’t received it
I call they say that they will call back they don’t
One worker also said this was may fault absolute disgrace

Hi Mikey, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused here. We’d just like to clarify a few points regarding your order.
Unfortunately, there was a stock error with the Varta battery you originally ordered. Our system had 1 booked in, however when the warehouse went to pick your order it turned out we did not have this model in stock. Due to the bank holiday weekend, the team were unable to notify you until Tuesday, as your order was placed late last week.
To try and resolve this as quickly as possible, we offered a complimentary upgrade to a more premium Bosch battery at no additional cost. However, this was declined and a full refund was processed immediately.
We have also listened back to the phone call in question, and at no point did any member of staff state that the issue was your fault. We take customer service seriously and feel this statement is completely untrue.
We always aim to offer suitable alternatives wherever possible and sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

Really competitive pricing and very reasonable delivery rate. Placed orders for 2 Hankook dual purpose leisure batteries mid afternoon and they were with me on the Isle of Wight within 48 hours. Superb service and good choice of carrier.
