Order placed Monday AM for Tuesday delivery to install Wednesday (site is 60 Miles away).
Not delivered by Tuesday mid afternoon, called up to be advised that my payment had not been received, I doubled checked & confirmed it had, called then back and they then confirmed payment had been recieved and that the order would be delivered Wednesday, I called again to confirm this Wednesday AM...but the delivery didn't arrive until the Thursday so will need a return visit to finish the install.
The people I spoke to were helpful, but the 'admin' issue caused the delivery delay...I would have been happier if they could have told me this when I checked to save half a day and a 120mile round trip.

I received an empty ripped a3 envelope that originally contained 2 batteries that cost me £48. I have tried to contact the company twice through there web site without a reply. I have phoned there shop. But they say they are a shop and do not deal with deliveries. It looks like I am going to have to travel up to there office and demand my good or money back

Ordered 2 battery for a wireless siren, paid £8 carrige but took days to arrive. when it did only one in the box. i sent an email no answer, called two days later, lady siad she would send another, never arrived. chased again left message no answer again.
Terrible service, still trying to either get battery or money back

Ordered battery, easy. Wanted to cancel order next day- prior to shipping, not straightforward; fair bit of searching to find out cancellation procedure, emailed to instruct cancel; no reply to email, no update to order status, order arrives couple of days later. Will cost me ~ 30% of the goods price for return post & package. Strange that cancellationa isn't as efficient as buying!

Charging over £8 for delivery and then not receiving for 5 days - why?

I would have given this product 5 stars (powermax complete)if it wasn't for the fact the with the four pir's I only received two battery's

Go to great trouble to give excelent service when buying from, but when one small part of order returned "no service at all".

The Powermax Shop has a good range of Visonic products to choose from, checkout is straight forward and delivery was fast. Will be using again, thanks Digital Home Networks
