I absolutely love this product! I use it almost everyday. It's easy, convenient and fun to use. I'm amazed at all the things you can make with it. Any recipe that is not in the cookbooks I have, I just look them up on the internet and there I have it, made in an instant! I recommend this product to anyone, especially if your everyday life runs on a busy schedule! Not only is it fast, the food tastes wonderful because the Cooker infuses all the juices and flavors! We love it and I know anyone who buys one will too!!

I ask for the one that was used on the show. They said I had to pay more for that one, so I did pay more. They did not send the one on T.V. I tried for 2 months to get the one I wanted. 3 months later I have not gotten any results or refund. Good luck to anyone that wants to get the right one. I have no other choice but use the one I got.

Received damaged. Sent damaged inside poy back day after I received it with RA # on it. Have called twice to check status keep telling me they have received it and replace should be here soon. Called 2 months later to update address because I moved. Was told it would ship out within a week. Still nothing. Week is long.
Customer service isnt very helpful at all. Overall not happy especially for the amount of money I spent on this gift for my wife.
She is still waiting for the insert!!!!

This thing is magnificent and im so happy that I bought it and with the schedule i have at work its a life saver. If it wasnt for the power pressure cooker my husband would not get good meals he would be eating things thats not good for you.. food taste the greatest.

I absolutely love how fast and easy cooking dinner has become in the power pressure cooker. Also, it is super easy to clean! I have been collecting recipes to try and may never use my stove/oven again!!

I had to call three times and wait 2 1/2 months to get a missing pressure value. You cannot use the item without it. It seems kind of ridiculous to be expected to wait that long for the missing part since it costs so much in the first place. If I had to do it all over again, I would have just returned it in the first place and got my money back.

First off always research your product completely, price, availability, added charges, the company you are going through,etc, etc. My husband saw this ad and was so impressed with this NEW pressure cooker idea! I knew it was not new BUT without thinking I went ahead and ordered it for him! Three months later I called the company because we had of yet not heard from anyone or received the product! Come to find out it was on back order at the factory-- none at all they were in the process of being made!!! OH but we will give you $30. off if you call us back after you receive it ! We promise we will keep you advised as soon as we receive it and when we send it to you!- - - -Got it in the mail and was pleasantly pleased with the way it cooks and functions (still am but its only been about 1 month) I went online looking to find more recipes and found reviews on the product ! I read many people are not so happy with theirs, but I do like it and its cooking well - does not feed as many people as the TV suggests , and a few other things.
BUTTTTTTTT----- the thing that caught my eye was a review about it actually its about the more expensive unit the PRO (which is the one I bought) WALMART sells the exact same unit the PRO for half the price $76. something!!! I paid over $120. plus $29.99 S/H..... This was extremely upsetting to me so I called the 1-800 line and after conversing with them finally they offered me $45. credit if I would waive my 30 or 60 day warranty.... I did it !!! HOPE I wont need it! since I don't have it but when it came to shipping it back and of course they would offer no refunds except the price charged for the machine. But packing it up paying shipping making sure it arrived and worrying about my refund I found it much better $ wise and worry wise as well as labor I opted for the $45. my sanity thanked me.

I ordered the power pressure cooker xl and it took two months to get and it was the wrong one and when I called customer service to get it exchanged it was a big hassle. I had to call 3 times to get the correct cooker and I am still not sure everything is handled. I want my cooker still but the communication is so bad that I'm not sure what is going to happen. Very very poor service

I never received mu ordor. Thried to have it sent to my house, then to my PO Box. They couldn't seem to send it. After a 2months back order, with no notifacation.

The pressure cooker has shorten the time I spend in the kitchen. I love it.

Not happy with it at all took over three months to get it . The company never called to say it was on backorder or anything. Got mine after in that been in Walmart for about a month maybe even longer if husband hadn"t tossed the boxes would have sent it back receipt for bead and butter pickles was awful. Wasted time money and food not happy :o(

The only problem that I have with the cooker, is that now you have came out with the new cooker that I would love to have. If you were going to have a new one out this soon, then I should have been given the option of the new one or the one that I recieved. I am very happy with the one that I have, but with the new cooker you don't have to do any calculating before you start. All you have to do is push the button for what you want to cook.

The one that I have cook so fast it is like magic, and the food comes out perfect. Thank you.

it cooks great but i have to keep turning it of or every think over cooks

Since purchasiing the Pressure Cooker, I have entered 3 cookoff contests and won all 3. I have and will continue to recommend the Power Pressure Cooker to any who will listen.

I recently purchased the Power Pressure Cooker XL and so far so good. I love it. I cooked turkey wings in it and it came out great! I simply seasoned the and browned the meat then set aside. Sauteed onions and celery in the pressure cooker added in the meat, Then combined water and seasoning I would normally use in a slow cooker in a bowl then poured over the meat. In 35 minutes, it was completely cooked and tasted great!

It took 2 months for them to get my cooker to me. Garbage.

I had to return the cooker because I couldn't get the lid off. Tried several times with no luck. I even called to see if there was something I was doing wrong, but still could not open it. Afraid of damaging it I decided to send it back for an exchange. Still waiting after over 6 weeks. Called to check on status, and all I got was give it more time. Would really like to use this product since I paid for it over 3 months ago. Felling very annoyed.

The product is fantastic. I can can cook meals that generally took a few hours in 45 minutes. Love it.
