This review relates to an 8x6 pent shed. Overall, the shed is of decent quality for the price, and it was quite easy to erect. However, the attention to detail lets it down.
There are a total of 8 pieces of vertical trim to cover the four corners and the four joins between panels. Three of these are longer and fit the front corners and the front join. Five of them are shorter, three of which cover the rear corners and rear join. The other two are supposed to fit the side joins, but they are too short because of the slope of the roof. Furthermore, the shorter trims are of a different profile, being square edged. The longer trims, like the barge boards, are all round edged.
I telephoned Powersheds to query this, and was told that the side trims were only supposed to cover the join between the panels, and not to meet the barge board. A 2 or 3 inch gap between the trim and barge board looks like a mistake to me!
Concerning the different profiles, the answer was "we send the measurements to our supplier and we get whatever they send". Really?
One more minor gripe - they only provide one key for the lock. You can buy the cheapest padlock from your local DIY store and get 2 or 3 keys with it. Why does Powersheds spoil the ship for a ha'peth of tar? It could otherwise be a 5* review.

Following this review, I was contacted by the CEO of Powersheds expressing his disappointment that I had not been fully satisfied with my purchase, and offering to rectify the situation. This was done quickly and efficiently, and communication was excellent throughout. With my minor niggles having been eradicated, I am pleased to be able to raise the rating to 5 stars.
It is the mark of a good business, how it deals with issues, and in this regard Powersheds has proven its worth.

Solid Well Built Shed with thick framing, easy to assemble and great customer service.

After many weeks of researching I purchased an 8m x 6m pent roof summerhouse (via Wickes) from Powersheds. Delivery was on time and easy to unpack. Good quality, well constructed, It was assembled by my neighbour (with help from me - I am 80 and arthritic!) in four hours apart from the roofing felt.The instructions were clear and eay to follow and I am just thrilled wth it - seem to be spendng more time in it than I do in the house!

I ordered an 8x3 shed from Powersheds, and it was delivered on time as promised. I started to assemble the shed when I ran into some difficulties. I contacted PowerShed and explained the situation. All companies have problems from time to time; the measure of a company is how it handles problems. PowerSheds did very well. They realised there was a problem, we talked and got the issue resolved. Ordered a 7x5 pent shed through Wickes. After unpacking I realized there was a piece missing. I emailed power sheds on a Sunday not expecting a reply until Monday. Jack from powersheds replied within an hour with his apologies and sent the missing part out first thing on Monday and I had it by midday on the Tuesday with absolutely no nonsense.
Great customer service and the shed itself was easy to assemble and looks great. Highly recommended. Thank you Jack.

I ordered a 14 x 6 premium security apex shed and booked for delivery 10 days later, Good comms about the delivery. Helpful driver and the shed was well packed. Timber was dry, instructions included and enough fixings. Paid for professional installation by a third party and took 2 people 4 hours.

Positives Robust, well made, strong base, quality felt

A star knocked off because
*Not all timber on door cut to same length
*Door needed a minor adjustment to open / close without catching
*One panel had the tongue and groove spaced differently so it doesn't line up when viewed down the side of the shed and had cracks / splits where nailed
*Hinges are much lower quality than the rest of the shed and screwed rather than bolted which makes the security claim a joke but an easy fix to replace

Having purchased the 12x8 pent shed in March for my chosen delivery date of April, I am very well impressed with both the shed, delivery and driver who brought it.
The shed was beyond my expectations as the windows and doors were already assembled.
Having lost the key to the door, contacted customer service who have arranged a replacement.

Decking arrived on expected delivery date so a plus. Now to the decking it looks fantastic. I have wanted decking for a long time with the main aim of creating less maintenance and a safe place to sit and enjoy the garden. (Those less abled I can truthfully say it's been a game changer in terms of making garden terrain stable and easier to navigate)
I had some questions and the customer service was five star. As businesses go they really do take the time to understand the needs of the customer.
Would I buy from powersheds in future...I am already looking at my step to making my garden accessible.
In hindsight I wish I had brought the rail set with the decking. However I have decided to do this when funds allow.
Super happy with solid decking which genuinely looks like it will last years.

I bought a 10x6 summerhouse from this company after looking at dozens on line. The process from ordering to delivery was excellent. I was kept fully informed of progress and delivery was on time. The quantity of the product is great and the variables of where windows and doors can go put it well ahead of competition. I varnished it with coo var yacht and seaplane varnish which really enhanced the wood finish. Overall a very good experience and I have no hesitation in recommending this company or product.

Brought two opening windows for my power shed which I’m currently turning into a sensory room it’s completely transformed the already well made ( designed) shed I love the way they look and how well made they are amazing the shed looks incredible with theses windows definitely recommend theses windows even added a YouTube tutorial on how to to fit which is incredibly helpful screws were also included

Having purchased my Pentland shed 2 years ago from Wicks I have to say that the quality of the shed was excellent. It was fairly simple for myself and a friend to erect without too much trouble.
The shed is very stable and robust exactly what I was looking for and looks just as good now as it did when first erected.
I would definitely recommend this product . I have also found Customer service to be very friendly and helpful

The quality is amazing.It was delivered exactly on time. Three hours to build floors and walls then same again for roof and felting. Had to stop regularly as it was too hot so could be done faster. Very sturdy. Two men walking over the roof totalling 22stone without a creak or wobble while we did the felting etc. Highly recommend this product and the company.

Purchased a summerhouse last year and had a slight problem with a panel. Powersheds responded quickly to every email I sent and also sent a replacement panel out within a few days. So refreshing to find a company in this day an age who still cares even after they've got your money! Would definitely recommend and use again.

I cannot praise the team at Powersheds more. They dealt with every bespoke query quickly and accurately, and - after a very long email chain where they were patient and double-checked every detail - nailed every request.

I recently purchased a Premium Pent summer house from Powersheds.
It's really good quality, very strong and also looks good.

I ordered my 10x 4 Powershed online through Wickes. The communication via email was good from Wickes, Powershed and Palletline who delivered it.
It arrived with notice of a 2 hour time slot on the arranged day. Delivery driver was friendly and efficient.
3 of us unloaded the parts off the pallet - 1 each side to stop the parts from falling and 1 person unscrewing, working together to move the pieces to the garden.
My 23 year old son put this shed together single handedly in under 7 hours, having watched the video and briefly scanning through the written instructions.
The parts all fitted, the only slight criticism is the alignment of the door hinges with the cladding on the side was off so two of the hinges were screwed to two pieces of cladding stead of flat to the same one.
The finished shed looks great and I’m happy with it.
