According to the tracking information from DHL, your order was shipped promptly but unfortunately could not be delivered and was returned to us without any delivery attempt being recorded. We understand how frustrating this must be and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We also noticed that your review was posted on April 9th, just two days after the order was placed on April 7th. Since international shipping can take several days depending on the destination, it’s possible that the delivery was still in transit at that time.
