Harvesting 5 star reviews!
I ordered the wrong part for my lawnmower, a 7" wheel instead of an 8". So the same day I received it, and it was obviously unused, I called powersmart to facilitate the return but there was a ridiculous wait to speak to someone, so I sent an email. The response I got was, "you can send it back and pay the postage, which was exactly the same price the part was, or I can write a 5 star review and receive a 20$ refund". I can see why they gave that option, because even after I lied and gave a 5 star review I received no refund! Great business model, make cheap plastic parts that break easily, then make it difficult to return them. And even worse, because this company can't get good reviews on their own, they trick customers into lying and giving a positive review! My business will be going to another company in the future and I'd advise whomever reads this to do the same!

Not worth the time or money, they ask you to give a 5 star review before making things right and then accuse you of not owning what they sell even with pictures showing the exact model that are not some stock pictures you might find online! Stay far away from the Amerisun/Powersmart brand!

Good Customer Service
I bought a PowerSmart lawn mower 5 years back. The plastic belt housing broke for some reason and so grass was getting stuck in the drive belt and making it come out.
The part was not available on their website anymore for that model. I contacted support through email and they were able to find a compatible part for me to order. They were able to coordinate with the warehouse for my order to get processed.
Although the new part is a little different from the original, it seems to fit.

Do not recommend.
I ordered the bundle for $370 which came with the lawnmower, blower and trimmer. My issue is the trimmer came on and stopped working after 5 seconds. I’ve reached out on multiple occasions about this and I’m constantly getting the run around. They requested videos (I’ve sent 2) showing them that the battery was fully charged and that I was pressing the buttons correctly as instructed. They reply back still saying I need to make sure that the battery is fully charged and that I was pressing the buttons properly. All of that was clearly shown in those videos I sent. Will never shop with this company again!
