Ordered a Cars bike for my 3 year old on 25 November as a Christmas present. We'd seen it in Halfords but when we went to order it was out of stock. Ordered online from a other shop only to be immediately refunded saying they were also out of stock. Placed an order with Power to Pedal and was contacted by Vicky straight away to say they hadn't any onsite but were expecting a delivery and so processed the order so I would receive one as soon as they arrived. I was kept up to date the whole way through and really appreciated the great communication as it is stressful trying to ensure Christmas presents are delivered ready for the big day! The bike was delivered to us on 12 December and we're thrilled with it, very good quality and in perfect condition. Wouldn't hesitate to use Power to Pedal in the future!

Excellent customer service, responded to email straight away regarding delivery, bike arrived really promptly, bike was exactly as described! Fantastic service all round! Really happy!

I have had the opportunity to go on a few bike rides on the bike, it is brilliant, runs so smooth and definitely helps me, it glides up hills I would never of attempted prior to getting it, the use of the throttle to add a bit more power is great, you still need put some effort in the choice is yours as to how much or how little so it is good for your health. I have been stopped by a few people admiring the bike. I have never run out of battery power, which is good, I also like the fact that you can charge the battery on or off the bike which is a bonus to some other cheaper bikes. I approached Vicky with my requirements and her advice has proved to be the right advice for me. I would recommend this bike and Power to Pedal to my friends and family.

Really impressed with Power to Pedal – delivery was fast and communication throughout was spot on. I did have a few issues initially, but Vicky stepped in and got everything sorted, her customer service was excellent. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone helpful on the other end when things don’t go quite to plan. Would definitely order again without hesitation!

I had the best experience with the brilliant Victoria, I ordered my sons first bike for his 3rd birthday and considering I may have ordered a little late as time was running thin due to his birthday being a week from when I bought it, I asked Victoria is there’s any chance I will get it before his birthday comes, she liaised with the warehouse team to try and bump the delivery sooner to which there was a set back because of an audit, so it was looking like I wouldn’t be getting the bike before my boys birthday, then the brilliant Vicky worked her magic and managed to get me delivery for weekend service meaning I will have my boys bike within a day or two! I can’t thank Victoria enough she’s been absolutely amazing in helping me and she is a real credit to her company I hope they know and appreciate her effort in her job. I can’t thank you enough Vicky really you’ve been great, I highly HIGHLY recommend these guys if you want to get a bike.

I had the best customer experience from Power to Pedal. I ordered a bike for my 4 year old and the supplier Huffy bikes had a long back order in this particular model. I would normally cancel and find a different option but Vicky offered such great customer support that I decided to wait. I had weekly updates on the lead time and Vicky frequently called the supplier to check the lead time hadn’t moved. I will definitely be using them again for our next purchase :) thanks Vicky!

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service after having a discussion with them regarding an e-bike. They have given me some great advice to move forward.
