Powerwerx does not stand behind their products after 1 month

I have purchased products from Powerwerx for years for installations on boats, trailers and vans. The first time I had an issue with a product (the door broke the first time I used it) customer service at Powerwerx told me to contact the manufacturer (in Australia). I explained it was first-use breakage but it was older than their one month warranty and I was told no exceptions and I was out of luck.Buyer Beware.
