I cannot stop this from sounding over the top, but I bought a projector screen on eBay being wrong type, instant refund given, then purchased correct screen, from minute I ordered the help I was given was like being helped from a friend I had for years, when I say customer service is beyond belief, I mean I cannot put into words,
No matter what time of day even weekends James was on the other end of the phone. Even beyond the screen he helped with material choice for mounting, step by step guidance through what’s app even phone calls,

I truly never knew this customer service even existed

Ordered a xgimi h3 projector from Phoenix through eBay , rang and spoke to james before I carried out purchase as I like to know I can speak to someone rather than just contacting the supplier by e mail . James pwas very helpful and knowledgable and answered all my questions . I purchased the h3 , there was a slight delay on delivery but james kept me informed about the delay so it was no problem , it was wrapped up and put under the tree for Christmas , when it was opened everyone was thrilled with the way it looked , we set it up which wasn’t too hard even for a technophobe like myself , we had our first big screen experience Boxing Day watching a film straight from the Netflix app ,it exceeded our expectations , we have watched films through the DVD player , watched the mighty Aston Villa win ( and lose ) through the fire stick as well as using the in built apps . It’s been the best lockdown gift ever . I had a couple of questions about it so I rang james in between Christmas and new year , he was very helpful as always , there was one question he wasn’t 100% about so he spoke to xgimi tech and rang me back . I would highly recommend this projector and more importantly this company , thanks Steve barwick

I bought an XGIMI H3 projector to upgrade from the excellent H1. Projector arrived safely and timely although after starting it up noticed that the inside of the lens was badly smeared. Dropped an email to phoenix projectors which was promptly picked up by James. He also called me to discuss the issue and proposed to send a replacement. Phoenix also sent me the UPS postage label and had the unit collected. Replacement unit also arrived promptly and without defect. All is good and great service from James @ phoenixprojectors.
