We worked with PeoplePower to find a…

We worked with PeoplePower to find a Country Manager for our business in Eastern Europe. The right candidates were senior people who weren't looking for a job, so we needed a team that could actually headhunt them.

PeoplePower took the time to understand our business and what we needed from this role. The co-founder was personally involved, and his team ran the whole search: they mapped the market, approached and assessed candidates, and brought us a shortlist where every person was relevant. They kept us updated all the way and supported us through the offer.

We hired our Country Manager through them and we're very happy with the result. Highly recommend PeoplePower to any company looking for a senior leader in Eastern Europe.
