SUDDEN Recomendations

Left with a note to say we needed a reserve pump; this was NEW NEWS, and never mentioned before, or during the visit to the Housekeeper.

Professional and efficient service

Professional and efficient service. Nick who came to do the survey for a booster pump was punctual, explained the issue clearly, explained the solution clearly, took lots of photographs and provided me with a very thorough report.

On time, polite and quiet

On time, polite and quiet ... I forget the engineer was here until he told me an hour later that he was finished!
I'm hoping for another trouble-free year until the next maintenance visit.
