Totally screwed up my web page. Server says it's down for months. Have they gone out of business? DO NOT USE THEM. SCAM.

Be careful signing up for PR Business. Their protocol for cancellations is ridiculous. I’ve called them three times in the last three months to get my subscription canceled and I still have not heard back from them. They are saying I owe them in a ridiculous amount of money all because they refuse to cancel my subscription. When they call to let me know for updates, they put in a service request. They’ve done this for me twice already, and I still have not heard back about my cancellation. Ask the representative what I need to be doing in order to keep this progress going and he said do not call us. We will call you and that is what their protocol is.

ONE HUGE Lying Scam! Do NOT send them one dime. Its a huge sales con. To get you to pay even MORE money per month to sign up for junk you do not need. I was GUARENTEED I would be on Alexa within 2 weeks after theyre sales call. It NEVER HAPPEN. I PAID LIFETIME PAYMENT OF:

$$225.00 ITS All Crap. That was on 6/13 /2024 As of 7/28/ 2024 My company does NOT come up on Alexa! Please find a different company that Cares about customers. These guys care about Scamming MORE Money out of you.

It truly saddens me to give this business 1 star because it’s far more than they deserve, I am a 60 yr old gentleman who started a service 5 years ago , 4 months ago I started paying P.R business to as they say manage it. Well a few months in they took it upon themselves to expand my business an hour out from where I live no asking me or nothing . For this Google suspended my business. This was 2 months ago, do you know with them getting my business erased. They went into my account and stole payment for my business they got suspended. Here’s the kicker.
When I called in for them to fix and get me reinstated. He had the nerve to ask me if he can’t get me reinstated am I able to start a new business. I am sick to have work all my life for this company to destroy my business..(PEOPLE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH CROOKS)

Not a bad experience got some traction through google ads near me and pretty good account managers. Im in the green so not a bad job!

This whole year of 2022, I’ve made no money n no received customers call. The only calls I received is my regular customers. They have rip up my bank account telling me I need to pay for this n that. And nothing has happened.

I don't care what some of their positive ratings/reviews say, IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THEIR SERVICES, YOU MAY DEEPLY REGRET IT!

Read this latest e-mail from me to pr.business on March 25, 2022, which has STILL not received a response from them as of the date of this review:

"I just received your voicemail message for this morning's appointment. However, no one had the professional courtesy to respond to my calls & emails within the past few weeks! It's as if the priority of my business stopped after I paid you.

On March 2, 2022 I was supposed to receive an update from Nicholas Dochtermann regarding my previously submitted concerns; I'm still waiting for that update. Since then, I'd made four unsuccessful attempts to contact the proper personnel at pr.business.

My experience with pr.business has been disappointing, and I wish I'd scanned the reviews first before getting involved. I've had a difficult time contacting someone 100% of the time - either my emails are getting overlooked, or I'm being bounced from department to department until my call gets dropped.

Also, I'm still unable to see my customer's referral, I'm still unable to see any photos on my listing, and I haven't received ANY business contacts as a result of pr.business' service.

As usual, I don't expect to get a response to this correspondence either, so I am now looking into other ways of getting this addressed."
