Love Praana Detox
I was interested in trying the Praana product line after I was introduced to the brand because I believe in Ayurvedic practices and lifestyle.
The Praana Detox Kit combined morning swish oil pulling, morning detox pills and evening, fiber and detox oil. Paired with the recommended Meal Plan... after day 3 was already noticing great improvement in cognitive function, better sleep, and felt more energized.
I found I loved the morning swish, so I use that on a daily basis now.
Would highly recommend, and planning to implement this detox program every few months to reset!

Experience with PRAANA Detox Kit
I recently just tried PRAANA Detox Kit. The results are amazing! I always felt bloated and tired. However, after used the kit, I feel more energized; it helps me increase my sleeping quality, sharpen my focus, and improve my digestion! I would definitely try it again!
