Wish I had read reviews before ordering some bras via Facebook as they arrived yesterday and are absolutely rubbish so cannot be used and shock horror the have offered me a few dollars off when it cost me over $40!!!!! Fuming and going to try to tell Facebook and get them off there.

Spent £14.26 on two of the doggy balls. One broke on second bounce.

Seller offered a £1 refund...................
For something that isn't fit for purpose.

Dogs totally ignore the other ball. Overhyped rubbish.

Why is this company is still allowed to advertise on Facerbook ' They are scams. You can not phone contact anyone emails are rubbish and ful of lies. My parcel is still, accoring to them with EVRi but they are just as bad. Cant get any answers from anyone. Do not buy anything from this comapny. I have told them on numerous occasions that I will be taking out legal action but they just ignore you. Facebook please stop this company advertising.

They still refuse to refund me after sending the wrong size garments. They have gone back to sending BOT generated stupid / nonsense replies. I spent £41.78 with them and they have offered 'compensation' of £3, £5 and now £7......WOW !. They are a rubbish cheating company. I am trying to get them banned from advertising on Facebook. Do yourself a favour avoid like the plague !

1 because you can’t put zero. Do not buy from this company. Bought waterproof tactical trousers and they are dreadful. The material looks nothing like in the video and the quality is an absolute joke. Contact customer services and they just take the Micky out of you. £40 just written off.
To all you genuine internet sellers who use the medium of Facebook and Instagram these people are costing you business as I’m scared to buy off companies I don’t know after this.

I ordered a Karimba in October 2022 and it still hasn't arrived April 2023.

Do not order from this website unless you are willing to lose money!!!
I ordered 2 sets of ' bird pun' coasters' which did not arrive after ordered on 11 Jan.
I contacted them and the carrier/ delivery firms with no joy.
Looking at the small print on their website, they waive any responsibility after dispatch.
Seen a review on this site of the coasters that they did receive and they were really poor quality.
Avoid!!

ordered a bra took more than stated no goods received as yet paid 10th February scam company would give them NO STARS

My wife ordered their Bird Pun Coasters in January 2023 as Christmas presents for later this year.
Spent £42 including delivery for two sets.
Received early February and totally disappointed with the quality of the artwork. Very blurred and cheap looking.
Requested return and refund but company refused to sanction return and would not give a return address despite several requests.
After offering £5 initial "compensation", this was eventually increased to £9 so we're still substantially out of pocket with crappy product that will literally be thrown away.
Having read similar reviews, now realise that buying from them is a mistake never to be repeated.

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought the item! Absolutely disgusting service. Product I was bought (Laser/tape measure) was so poorly made it nearly fell apart just out the box. Awful customer service and strung along even sending a video of the issues. Offered £2 compensation (Cost £14.95) but once turned down the told me to send back at my own expense to China! NEVER BUY FROM THEM. They advertise on Instagram too so I am containing them to remove there adverts too and will do everything I can to make sure no one ever buys from them again!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I paid for two items 6 weeks ago. The items arrived last week so 5 weeks to deliver is not good. The next thing is I open the package and there is a childs teddybear which I did not order and the most expensive item missing. The customer support string you along without actually answering the questions. I have cancelled my card as the company are scammers. AVOID DO NOT USE THEM. They are refusing to accept the missing item in effect calling me a liar. I have asked for refund and they are not willing to sort the problem out. I feel cheated.

Fake company, lost nearly £50 waiting for Christmas presents that haven't arrived!!!

Tactical Waterproof Pants - Appalling product. Attempted to return in accordance with their "Returns Policy". Complete failure, so £30 wasted.
Avoid them like the plague.

As with all the others, 1 star only because Zero is not an option. Item was ordered on 9th November and has still not arrived. Tracking suggests the package was dispatched from Lexington USA on 10/11/2022, arrived UK and cleared customs 28/11/2022 and has been in transit in Manchester since 07/12/2022. I contacted the seller by e-mail on 23/12/2022 they replied 26/12/2022 (not sure how many genuine companies worked on Boxing Day!) with some nonsense excuse that the shipping agent hadn't updated the tracking information and the order was still in transit, which I do not believe as I believe this seller to be a scammer. I have advised them that I will be seeking an indemnity refund through my bank and reporting their trading company and its Directors to the police Fraud Team.

My order was placed on the 11th November, 40 days later has not arrived. Apparently its with their courier in London at a post code near Aberdeen !!! Will not give a refund because they say they shipped the item on "Express Delivery" !! They are not an honourable company to deal with so best to avoid.

As per other reviews - 1 star because 0 is not an option. Ordered 09/11/22 and arrived 28/12/22. False tracking details, item not fit for purpose. £30 spent and was offered 3USD as refund!!!!!!!

One star awarded as no option for zero.

Five weeks and still awaiting delivery.

When refund requested just told not an option as already on the way - that was three weeks ago.

Avoid at all costs.

Placed an order on the 22nd November paying for express delivery. The total cost was £31 but they took £38 from my credit card. I am still waiting for my parcel but don’t hold out much hope, be warned.
