Had oral surgery in Southampton.
Excellent , professional , kind service from reception staff to oral surgeon and his team. Although I was an NHS patient this time , the whole experience has made me decide to use this company for any future private health needs.
The oral surgeon deserves 10 stars!

I have had a surgery 2 days ago my experience there was good but unfortunately I was disappointed with the nurse at recovery when I got out of surgery i went to recovery so when I have woken up from the surgery I was in pain so I was shaking my head and I was shouting cause I was in pain so the nurses from there came to me saying “ohhh stop doing that when I hear the other nurse saying “ohh thanks god I didn’t have any children” so she was referring to me I was very disappointed and annoyed by those two nurses

Helpful and encouraging staff. In particular the nurses went above and beyond nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service from start to finish. All the staff, from the receptionists and care workers to the nurses and doctors, are incredibly caring, empathetic and reassuring. Everyone is so friendly, and you can genuinely tell that the whole team works well together, creating such a warm and positive atmosphere.

This was my second treatment at PPG, and although I felt nervous before attending, as soon as I arrived, the staff immediately put me at ease. Their kindness, professionalism and reassurance made the whole experience so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PPG and would like to thank the entire team for their wonderful care

First of all Practice Plus is very efficient, professional and friendly and I felt safe and comfortable all of the time that i was there. I had excellent care in hospital while having a knee replacement. All of the nursing staff, doctors, surgeons, were friendly, informative, very caring. The catering lady was so lovely - food was good, plenty of choice and best of all the tea and toast that i had straight after my op was very much appreciated! Follow up appointments were prompt, any questions or problems were very important to them and dealt with very efficiently. I would have no hesitation in bring referred back to Practice Plus, whatsoever and would just like to say “Thank You” to Mr Mannon who was so kind and for making my life much more comfortable and pain free!

Good facilities with excellent staff who keep you updated at all stages.
Surgeon explained all aspects of the operation clearly and was very reassuring.

I had such marvellous care from start to finish. The nurses and carers were friendly yet professional. The surgeon Mr Vaarun Burgula explained everything ensuring I understood what was to happen putting me at ease. The food was so enjoyable. Apart from the surgery it was like staying in a upmarket hotel.

Visited the Southampton RSH Urgent Care Center early Sunday evening after self diagnosing on the NHS website.
The waiting room was not rammed but still busy but still some seating left.
The service was excellent, no one expects to be seen immediately, or at least shouldn't.
Triage is quick and perhaps might lull you into a false sense you will be next, but there is a queue.
All in all it took about 2 hours and i walked out with a prescription too!
I'm sure not everyone's experience is the same, but this service worked very well.

If only seeing a GP could be the same.

Day staff and surgical staff were exceptional, but some concerns regarding nighttime experience.

Successful cataract surgery from a superb team led by a top surgeon. The whole experience from check-in to check-out was exemplary. Everyone at PPG made the complete process seamless and friendly.

Very efficient, prompt and thorough process. Staff were all brilliant!

Visit to Shepton Mallet for Duypuytren’s contracture confirmed this; excellent consultancy, referred for pre op check which was also efficient - so visit was very good.
Unfortunately I missed a phone call (had voicemail to call back) and I’ve been waiting (still am after over an hour) and it’s approaching 6pm closing time; terrible waste of time and no call back or message facility. I shall probably give up and hope someone calls back - if they ever have time.
Now 18.25hrs and I’ve given up (messageonanither ‘phone advised office shut at 5pm Mon-Fri.).

I didn’t have to wait at all to see the surgeon and it was a positive outcome.

Consultation was around 60 seconds after having a scan no help or care about 6 year on going issue just wanted to me out for there next appointment

Every single person was pleasant and there was minimal waiting around
The nurses and doctors where first class

I rate my experience as five stars because the care and attention I received as a day surgery patient was outstanding. I was placed on ward M2 and the nurse in charge for the day was Julie. Nothing was too much trouble, it was obvious that she loved her job and she made all of us on the ward feel relaxed and comfortable.
The same goes for the theatre staff , their relaxed and confident manner put me at ease . I didn’t have a general anaesthetic and the nurse looking after me chatted to me through the procedure. Although she was wearing a mask her genuine care came through her eyes. My day spent in the hospital, from arrival to discharge was amazing, thank you to everyone concerned.

I recieved my op date for next week. ..so looking forward to walking again....

Only went for a first consultation with a hand specialist - was referred by my GP, so was NHS.
Really clean, new facilities- had an x-ray done on the spot and went straight back to see consultant for an informed diagnosis. Entire appointment took 30mins

The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I approached reception. Once on the ward, all the nurses and doctors provided clear information about the procedure, treated me with kindness, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I felt very well looked after throughout my experience.
