Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I received trainers that looked damaged from the front, expected better quality from Prada, upon returning they said they would send a link for another one for me to buy as they don't do replacements, that way they would guarantee a check would be made for the new ones being sent, new ones sent had 2 weird wrinkles/folds on the side, why would new pair of shoes that have not been worn have wrinkles/folds in them? When I emailed back with proof/pictures, I was told if I am not satisfied I could return it and sent their returns policy, horrible customer service!

Poor Quality As a loyal customer

As a loyal customer, I am highly disappointed in the mannner my recent experience at Prada .
Sole of my shoes were completely falling off , the local shoe cobbler advised me that it was indeed a defective product . I toke my shoes to Prada and they were sent to Italy for inspection and was advised that it was normal wear .
Meanwhile, these shoes were not worn and were in my residence in Paris .
It was appalling the manner of both their approach and attitude , arrogance …
Not even a commercial gesture was offered !!!

We have many other luxury and qualitative brands to choose from and Prada has deteriorated considerably.
Certain that most products are not manufactured in Italy .

I am dealing with a handbag return for a month now. The worst experience that I ever received. Finally they have refunded the entire amount, but the feeling and waste of my time and resources unheard of. I wish I can upload the video of the parcel I have received from prada.com. Poor service and unprofessional attitude. Never Prada again

I sent Prada sandals back to Prada to…

I sent Prada sandals back to Prada to get repaired properly by their company. It was a small area of loose stitching.
I sent all documentation, photos, explanation of repair, etc with the shoes.
After following their protocol, they never seemed to understand what to do with my sandals. Horrible internal communication. Horrible communication with me.
After having my sandals for OVER 6 MONTHS, I just received an email telling me they CAN'T FIX a tiny area of stitching and I have to pay $20 to get them back.
I will NEVER purchase a Prada product again.

PURCHASED PRADA EYE GLASSES ($773) FROM EYE OPTIQUE IN BUFFALO GROVE IL 60089. 2 WEEKS LATER PAINT STARTED TO CHIP. THEY REPLACED IT TELLING NO MORE EXCHANGES. NEXT MONTH SAME NON SENCE PAINT STARTED TI CHIP SHOWING METAL UNDERNEATH. CONTACTED PRADA AND WAS TOLD TO CONTACT LUXOTTICA.HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 3 MONTHS FOR SOME ONE CONTACT ME. CALLED AGAIN TO PRADA AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING TO CALL LUXOTTICA AGAIN. CANT GET HOLD OF ANY BODY AND MESSAGE SAYS USE PORTAL TO OPEN CLAIM. NO SUCH LUCK. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED WITH ALL THE RUN AROUND. I HAVE RAYBAN EYE GLASSES AND FRAME STILL LOOKS BRAND NEW AFTER NO PAINT CHIPING. Poor customer service / Not honoring warranty

It's a shame that Prada does not stand behind its products. Have you ever complained to Prada about their products and gotten any results ? I bought my daughter a pair of Prada sneakers for $925 U.S. dollars, that essentially fell apart after getting caught in the rain, and Prada gave us every excuse possible rather than honoring a warranty that was still in effect. This is after telling them that I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on Prada products for my daughter in the U.S. and throughout Italy several times. So I decided to expose them after the way I was treated. I'm sure that my last name didn't help. Shame on you. Below is a copy of an email from Prada.

As a result, some of our leather products might be particularly sensitive to humidity – this being a characteristic and not a flaw.
Specifically, some of our leather has not undergone any protective finishing treatment, with the intent to preserve and to enhance the natural feel and look of the leather.
As a normal consequence, this makes it particularly sensitive to rain and light, which again must be understood as an intrinsic characteristic and not rather as a limit.

If I could give Prada.com zero stars I would. My daugher purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses directly from the store in the Short Hills Mall in NJ on May 28, 2022. By August 27, 2022 the left arm came off and the Prada emblem fell off. So I call the store and speak with a man who tells me that I need to bring them in to the store M-F so the manager can look at them. So I take a 1/2 day from work and head in to the store. The manager greets me and looks at the glasses then tells me it all must be done online through this company called Luxottica who apparently handles all repair issues for all designer merchandise. Well after attempting to log in to the website for a couple of hours, I was able to successfully submit my request which required numerous photos of the item, the receipt and the defect but a couple of hours later they were looking for additional photos claiming they could not see the issue so again I took more photos to upload to their website. Today I receive an email back from the company telling me that this issue is not covered under warranty. So, I have had these $550 sunglasses for a total of 3 months, and they fall apart, and this is not covered under warranty are you serious?? I will continue to pursue this, but I will never purchase from Prada.com again.

Less than a year and the leather wore…

Less than a year and the leather wore off horribly. The leather tag is about to fall off and the store does not cover leather under their "warranty" - the warranty only covers hardware. They also don't offer cleaning for nylon. This is probably the lowest end luxury and worst repair policy, not worth.

If I could give Prada.com zero stars I would. I ordered a leather jacket. When it arrived it fit, but I felt it might be just the slightest bit snug. I ordered the larger size (and a purse) to compare. When the larger size arrived I decided it was a better fit so I returned the smaller jacket. A couple weeks went by and the smaller jacket was returned to me with a paper stating it was not returned in its original condition/packaging. This is completely untrue. I sent it back EXACTLY as I received it, and it definitely was not worn other than to try it on for a MOMENT. I reached out to Prada Client Services- sending a total of about 8 emails and a phone call over the course of the last 2 months. I have received no response. I will continue to pursue this, but I will never purchase from Prada.com again.

Prada. Made in Vietnam… luxury brand not respecting it’s customer base with overpriced moderate quality product. I expect better. Sad that this company is such a glutton. I am on my third pair of men’s Prada running shoes. I will likely discontinue purchasing their shoes. Poor workmanship for the price point. I think that companies like this should do better.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Bought the re-edition 2005 bag and one year later: the chain and left handle falls off. I use it rarely and take very good care of my bags (and this has never happened with any of my other designer bags).
I try to contact customer service and get help but they only tell me to look up the nearest store - completely ignoring everything I wrote. I made the purchase online since I don't live anywhere near a store, so I ask them again for any further information - should I just ship the bag to a store, expecting them to take care of it? What about shipping cost or generel procedure? Etc.
Again they tell me to just ship it to a store and ignoring my questions.

I try to call them and the store for help. No one took the call.

For a bag at this price tag, the service is unbelievable. Especially when the bag is damaged a year later, you would expect better customer service.

Awful experience in Prada Kildare village

Awful experience in Prada outlet Kildare village. Staff are so rude. Received a present and my boyfriend asked for a 7 the woman told him that a 41 is a 7 in Prada sizing. When I was given the present it was clear they were miles too big. My boyfriend went back in to exchange for a different size and the woman again said that a 41 was a 7 until my boyfriend pulled out the size guide online. They said they can’t exchange them as they are out of the 14 days of returns and were worn. Which they were not they were only tried on. Terrible service and have heard other people have same problem with sizing. Do not recommend.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I had a problem with my Cap and they told me I should send it to their repair lab in Italy. After 8 months (!!) and several emails I'm still waiting for it. Every email they send you sound like a robot wrote it (just: thank you and we will forward your mail to the to the appropriate department). They can't communicate at all, I didn't get the slightest information what happenend to my Cap or why it takes so long. And you have no possibilty to talk with someone except through their client service mail address where every message is just the same indifferent copy paste. Totally disappointing and unprofessional.

Prada is the best shopping experience I have ever had with a luxury purchase or any purchase for that matter. My experience from start to finish was 5 star. I put my order in Sunday and it was delivered in the most beautiful packaging 2 days later. Everything was luxurious about the packaging and product received. I am so happy I ordered from Prada Direct, I could not fault them at all. I have ordered a bag recently from a reputable luxury department store and my experience and the way it was presented was nowhere near the quality of Prada direct.

Bought shoes for someone as a gift

Bought shoes for someone as a gift. Paid for 2 day delivery. The wrong shoes came from a mistake in the Chicago warehouse. Took pictures, and sent back the shoes the same. Have been waiting a week for the warehouse to send the ordered ones, which they said are there. Owned there mistake. Rude and slow to resolve. Very incompetent and unprofessional. Deserve a ZERO!
