So for some reason wherever I ordered the bag from ...... added an incorrect shipping address ...not sure how that happened ..looking into it.

I had clicked shipping address is same as billing (and money would not have gone through with a wrong billing address- which was correct). I usually double check - so again not sure where that other address came from ...

Didn't catch it until it said delivered - to someplace I don't live.

Customer service has been interesting. I asked if they could be resent or if I could get a refund. Or if there was any recourse. Answer was here is the receipt. It was delivered. Crickets.

Not impressed. It also .took a few days to get the answer.

The zipper stopped being effective after only 5 uses. This was marketed as a " flight attendant" bag so high usage. Obviously an inferior product. Do not purchase. Customer service is automated and dies not read the reasons for return properly.

One month ago I purchased this beautiful bag and within that month both handles have multiple strings fraying from the edges and a ripped pocket on the inside. I was so excited to get it and the quality is poor poor. I
Thought it was a glitch and I purchased another And just received it. It is constructed the same way as the first one that is falling apart. My nurse friend has the same pragma nurse bag With solid leather straps. No bonding. Hers is beautiful and why I bought it. I intended to return The last order immediately and they told me they refused to take It back! I'm So disappointed. This quality is terrible. And they will not let me return it.I have just spent almost two hundred dollars. Unacceptable!

Ordered two bags and was told 4-10 days delivery. So far on day 13, have followed up twice with only one response. DHL are telling me to follow up with company direct and company response barely has a pulse. Feeling at this point like I’ve been duped with a scam.

Pragma is a perfect travel bag, good capacity,plenty of pockets with great security.
Bag is stylish and comfortable for travel by plane or train during my travels in Europe.

I received my Pragma bag and love it. There was a slight color defect and they expedited a replacement without even requiring a return of the first one. Great product and considerate response. I can’t wait to use it on my upcoming trip to Europe!

Ordered the convertible backpack a week ago; the money was deducted from my card but I never received any email confirmation or receipt from them. Emailed, messaged on Instagram but still no reply. Really, really disappointing customer service. I just want a refund at this point.

I really love the bag. I got it half a year ago. Since then I have used it a lot and it still looks very good. The quality is great. Much stuff fits inside and it’s very comfortable to carry. I can definitely recommend it.

Horrible customer service.

30-day return guarantee is a scam. I emailed the company within 30 days of receipt of the converta bag. Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything, so I forwarded my original email with time stamps of date sent, and asked for update on my return. Phillipe emailed back that the original email wasn't received and the 30 days had expired, "regards". I emailed back to explain that I followed directions for return, and again referenced the original email (again forwarded with date and time stamps). Received generic response that the emails weren't received and the guarantee had expired. I feel like this was a scam. Buyer beware.

Super cute with lots of compartments to hold all the things! So far great quality, and I love the ability covert it and wear it however I want! Would buy again.

I am super enthusiastic about the variety of carrying options!
What I like best is the comfort when carrying it as a backpack or at an angle over my shoulder.
The interior of this stylish bag is also amazing.
There are so many inner compartments that it is easy to take out various items such as cell phones, wallets, cosmetics, etc.
The fact that you can also put the Converta into the washing machine is a huge advantage!
