Well what can I say.lovely shop .friendly atmosphere and a great selection of prams.i was in with my daughter purchasing a pram .we were served by the lovely assistant Stacey who's manner was impeccable and her product knowledge was second to none.100 percent to this lovely young lady.so knowlefagel about everything and showing us how everything worked and knew things just from the top of her head.its a long time since I had service like this.i also bought a pushchair to take away and Stacey built that up for me too.very impressive..a great wee outing .Highly recommend a visit to this store

I visited the Pram centre today with the intent to get an idea on a pram for my first baby due in April 2023. Stacey assisted me with one I liked and went through all the bundle details and showed me how each part of the pram worked. She had great product knowledge and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy before I decided to go ahead with my purchase. She also assisted my mum with a buggy for my niece and spent a bit of time with us in the furniture department running through options and looking on the website for similar items that weren’t available within our budget. Stacey is a credit to the team and I walked away today feeling really happy and content with the service she provided. I look forward to collecting my pram. Thank you!

What a shambles!!!!!! Only good thing about the store was the staff when we were picking our pram the young girl was brilliant then went down hill from there…they said my pram will be ready to collect mid October I had to constantly phone to see where my pram was then finally it arrived second week in November -Error 1 bad communication. Error 2 I went to collect my pram that was fine till i got home which is 50mins from the store the carry cot had sick marks and stains all over it 😡 phoned to tell them women on phone said to bring it back in and they had one in stock to give me so went back in two days later & spoke to Sandra to then tell me there wasn’t one there to give 😡
Error 3 then Sandra then proceeded to tell me I might not get one till 3 weeks after my due date then managed to get me one . She said the error came from two members of staff from the warehouse hadn’t completed a return process and I ended up getting a return item. Sandra then managed to get one for me and told me it would be delivered into store on Thursday and I would receive it Friday or Saturday morning at the latest SHE Promised.
Error 4 Saturday morning arrived still no delivery I phoned up to see where it was and it wasn’t even processed and then told they never had a driver on for it
Someone should of phone me to say that there was a delay
Absolutely shocked at their training and communication to customers I understand things happen but I should have never experienced so many issues . I will not be back!!!

We were looking to purchase a pram for my first grandchild and had used here before for our own children. The selection, stock and price can't be beaten I don't think. The staff are the best though. Eilidh spent so much time showing us how different ones worked, answered all our questions and rather than sell us a pram, helped us buy one we wanted. Big difference. Would definitely return here and thanks for all your help and lovely manner. Made what I thought would be stressful so much easier

Very bad costumer services and very bad delivery process! my address was incomplete and they were not able to update my address in the DPD system, therefore DPD took my pram 3 times for delivery but they could not deliver to me as the address was incomplete. I am still waiting for this pram! very bad experience (Lyn hung up on me) such a ineffective communication. Pramcentre costumer service you are dealing with pregnant women have a little respect!

So we walked into the Pram Centre not knowing anything about prams and where to start. Eilidh was absolutely fantastic. She helped us so much. She showed us sooo many different prams and knew all the details about every pram she showed us. We would have been totally lost without Eilidh! She was excellent at her job and made us feel welcome. A great fantastic experience from a lovely professional assistant.

Had a fantastic experience at GPC this morning! Eilidh was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products, we are a particularly tall couple so we wanted a pram which would suit us and a baby which we’re expecting to be longer than average! Eilidh took lots of time to talk to us about different brands and we are delighted with the full travel system which we ended up with. A special thank you to the manager who also helped talk us through the benefits of the car seat/carry cot for us given we may be doing long car journeys. Overall a brilliant morning and a very happy mum!

We had a fantastic experience in the pram centre Glasgow. Eilidh was extremely helpful and helped us pick our pram set and car seats.

Erin was absolutely fantastic. We are expecting our first baby in December and entered the store quite clueless on what we wanted (other than colour wise.) We visited to ‘have a look’ and expected to feel overwhelmed by choice. Erin worked with us to help us get exactly what we needed and we purchased / ordered on the day!
We really cannot say enough good things about her and her approach! Thank you :-)

Amazing customer service. We popped into the store a couple weeks back and were helped by Hannah who was fab. She demonstrated all the products we wanted to see and helped us with suggestions for our needs. Received a call back today from Lisa for ordering our pram and car seat bundles, so friendly and so helpful. The store itself is full of everything you could possibly need for baby and SO many options.

I’ve bought from the pram centre for all my kids and it’s always been great. Originally, when we arrived, things were fine, my daughter had a look at a few prams and she finally found one she loved. The lady we spoke to was great and had said she would check if there were any deals going on that particular pram. The advisor came back and gave us a price of £940 which was great considering the price of the pram in other colours. So my daughter agreed that she wanted the pram. We went to the cash desk and put a deposit down however, when I looked at the remaining balance, it said over £1100, I said to the girl at the cash desk who then went on to look at it again then ask another advisor for help. After around 15 mins, 3 of the advisors were standing arguing in front of my daughter, myself and my son about how this should be the price and that wasn’t added on ect! Didn’t help us in any way to get an answer and after it all, they told us that, that was the price and they couldn’t give it to us for the original price that was told to us so, all in all, we wasted a good hour and a half to watch advisors argue in front of us and end up without a pram. A whole afternoon wasted getting here for nothing. The advisor who helped us was actually ok, it was just the whole experience that was disappointing. Going in to buy a new pram when you are expecting should be a lovely experience and that was not.

We have visited the pram several times and each time the staff have been extremely helpful and informative! Today we ordered our pram and we were delighted with the service we received. Nicola and Lisa could not do enough for us from ordering our pram, price matching products and even carrying items to our car for us. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Such a shambles. Everytime I phone to try and get through to someone I'm on hold no matter what button I press, and I don't even live in Glasgow so I can't just pop into the shop. Sandra who deals with spares and repairs needs someone to help her as everytime I've tried to get a hold of her she's on holiday!! Nobody follows up with her emails when she isn't there! I've had a broken pram for over 2 months now and the level of customer service has been awful. When you expect to pay a lot of money for a pram, you want it to work! Just been a nightmare.

I visited the pram centre today with my mum, we were greatly assisted by Eilidh who was fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, patient and extremely knowledgable about the models of prams and car seats including whether the one we wanted was compatible with my car. She gave us a demonstration of the pram and went through with us how to fit the car seat. We left with everything we needed and the whole process was very straightforward. Huge thank you to Eilidh!

We have visited the pram centre multiple times now and cannot fault the store and their staff. We came across Erin who could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask and she really put us at ease with the whole experience. A massive thanks to Erin and the pram centre, can’t recommend enough!

We have visited the pram centre twice now, once for an initial look and a second time to order our choice of pram and car seat. On both occasions we had the same great service from different members of staff, on our most recent visit we were helped by Nicola. She was happy to talk through all of our options but also give full demonstrations of multiple products including trying different combinations in our car (how the car seat would fit and also the folded down pram in our boot). We never felt rushed, and the staff’s knowledge on their products on memory alone was amazing. We recommended pram centre to a friend who is also expecting who had the same fantastic service.

Also a big bonus that their September car seat discounts applied to brand new models.

Would definitely recommend based on their extremely wide choice and the customer service experience!

I visited the Pram Centre this afternoon with my mum, dad and fiance. We are about to be first time parents and had no clue about which pram/bundle to go for. On entering I was feeling overwhelmed with the amount of choice, however, luckily we encountered a staff member named Erin who I must say was very friendly, approachable and informative. Erin made the experience feel easy, less stressful and also added fun to our time selecting the pram we ended up going for. I want to extend another thanks to Erin for introducing us to her sister Ava who was equally lovely and helpful. We didn't expect to purchase a pram today but because of their help and guidance we were confident in our purchase. Overall a great experience, thank you to Erin, Ava and the Pram Centre :)

Very impressed with the PramCentre and their range of stock in the showroom. Visited other nursery furniture and pram shops and the choice of stock was nowhere near the range of the PramCentre's. Customer service was excellent and all staff were very knowledgeable and professional in their demeanor on both visits. Would recommend to anyone preparing for a new arrival! Account number C947128
