Cancelled my purchase

Purchased a gaming pc for 3500 euros which was cancelled after a couple of days. I received an email saying that it was not in stock. I called the company and they said that in fact the price was much lower than what it should have been. The new price was 6000 euros.

Unresolved issues after multiple repairs – highly disappointing experience

I purchased a Vengeance Phantom MSI Edition desktop PC (Ryzen 5 5500 / 16GB / 512GB SSD / RTX 3060 12GB) from this company. The system suffered from freezes and stuttering, both during gaming and in simple everyday tasks.
The PC was returned three times for inspection. Each time, the company claimed that “no fault was found”, yet they proceeded with so-called “preventive” replacements of major components (motherboard, RAM and graphics card), as they stated. This strongly suggests that they were unable to identify the real cause of the problem and simply attempted to appear as if they had done something under warranty. If the system truly had no issue, this should have been clearly stated after the first return.
At no point was I provided with any written technical report or test results—only verbal assurances. On the contrary, I supplied the company with multiple videos and screenshots clearly showing freezes and low FPS. For a fourth return, I was asked to pay 35€ + VAT, despite the device still being under warranty, which I understandably refused.
I also contacted the Consumer Ombudsman. It is understandable that the company did not change its stance, as the Ombudsman cannot impose a decision or order a technical expert examination. Nevertheless, even in that process, the company failed to provide any documented evidence proving proper functionality of the system.
Had this been a significantly more expensive product, I would have proceeded with legal action without hesitation. However, after approximately eight months of constant inconvenience, repeated shipments of the PC and a complete lack of a real solution, I am not willing to invest even more time and money.
Overall, this was a highly unprofessional experience, with no proper diagnosis and no resolution.
I would not recommend this company.

I had an excellent experience with…

I had an excellent experience with praxi.gr I purchased a gaming PC and everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. The customer service was outstanding friendly, professional, and always available to answer my questions. I'm extremely satisfied with both the product and the overall experience. I would recommend praxi.gr without a second thought.

Not a good business partner

I bought a desktop assembled from different brands of components. I asked for the specs of those and they were given to me. As they deemed right to me I ordered the PC. After having used it for about two hours the PC died and could not be revived. I diagnosed the PSU to be broken. Instead of going through the whole time consuming process of sending the PC back and waiting for them to fix it or refund the whole price (it was the beginning of the weekend for good measure), I exchanged the part myself and the PC has been running fine since. When I asked Praxi to refund me the price for the broken part (Market price around 30-40 Euros) on returning it, they very kindly declined quoting their T&Cs regarding returns and repairs. When I explained that I had saved not only me the trouble but also their dealing with a returned PC and repairing it or refunding to me the whole price, they did not budge from sticking to their rules. Legally probably fine, but a clear lack of "Good Will". Even though they were formally very friendly, they are not an acceptable business partner for me.
