Perfume falls under the Dangerous Goods Shipping regulations for International Destinations, and regrettably we were therefore unable to dispatch this particular item to you in Switzerland, as explained in the email that we sent to you when we cancelled your order so that your money could be refunded, without further delay.
My apologies if this communication perhaps didn't reach you ? It's very frustrating for us to have to cancel an order, and therefore we have ensured that this product has now been removed from international markets on our website.
This restriction does not apply to clothing or accessories, our main stocklines, in which case there would have been no problem in dispatching the item.
