I have ordered a tumbler ice set from this company and have not received it or gotten any update in weeks. I ordered this as a a Christmas gift during the first week of December. It is now almost February and I have not received the item nor have I received any updates via email letting me know what’s going on. Do not buy from them unless you don’t want to receive whatever you’re purchasing.
The heated gloves I ordered have yet to arrive after arriving in Gander, Newfoundland more than a month ago:((. Can a package take that long to fly from Gander to Victoria, BC? Hardly. Funny thing is, I ordered two pairs and the first pair arrived promptly. Don't get it, but it is starting to feel like a rip-off.
I ordered the screwdriver set in October of 2024. It's January 2025......still no set....response from company basically says...too bad, no refund, it was shipped.
Biggest scam out there!
I ordered the rachet allen wrench set November 9th... Still waiting for it (December 22). They said it shipped finally but can't get tracking info to work. Asked for a refund they won't give it. Next call is to credit card to flag purchase and then government for fraud. Very disappointed.
Absolute scam - same as other reviews. Over 30+ days since I ordered the screwdriver set and they have some non existent some non existent shipping info that’s totally made up….
I ordered the screw driver set on October 30th. It's now December 8th and still have not received this set. I'm afraid this site is a scam .
My name is Nick. I order the ranchers long time ago and I haven’t received anything yet so far. I wonder if they will give me a refund or something. I aim just hopping. Best wishes, Nick.
