I’ve placed my order on 9th of March, it’s now 12th of July and I’m still waiting for my image. I’ve been emailing, filling in online customer care forms and have had zero response. All my correspondence was going into the spam folder it appears.
Once image received it’s amazing! Just allow lots of time.
Ordered a pet portrait weeks ago and have heard nothing further despite numerous emails and trying to contact through the website and Instagram. Payment has been taken but nothing received. No updates. No contact.
