IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD
I’ve never in my life met such a horrible rude garage. I got a car out on finance though this Company and had problems with within the first 10 mins of driving away, and endless amounts of problems I have had 12 different problems and this company lied and lied there way out of a refund. I was in my right to Reject the vehicle and they refused so many times making me out to be a liar. They fixed the problems before the car was looked at professionally, so then when it was looked at it was ‘fixed’. I had the car for 3 months but it was only in my possession for 20ish days the rest of the times it was back at the dealership (150 miles away) I would avoid at all cost! I was promised call backs and they never happened. I’m still to this day waiting for an apology and still nothing!

Michael, the manager is a rude horrible man With a stinking attitude the way he spoke to us was appalling.
Thankfully I won my case with the financial ombudsman and have now received a full refund.
Which proves they were at fault from the very beginning.

Sold me a PETROL LEAKING CAR

Sold me a PETROL LEAKING CAR — now trying to take it back with no protection for me

Wiz Motors sold me a Ford Kuga with a serious petrol leak, confirmed by multiple mechanics. At first, they promised a full refund — then changed their story repeatedly and are now refusing to cover basic costs.

Now they want to take the car back without any written protection for me, no photos, no joint inspection — clearly trying to scam me even further.

I’ve lost weeks of work, they’ve caused me massive stress, and I’ve had no choice but to involve my finance provider, Trading Standards, and legal action.

Avoid at all costs. They do not stand behind what they sell.

Unfortunately my son purchased a car…

Unfortunately my son purchased a car from you. He purchased it 13 months ago. It has been of the road for 7 of those 13 months. It was determined by an independent engineer that the car should never have left the show room. They were given the opportunity in the very beginning, to take the car back and exchange it ( it is a £20,000 car) but distanced themselves and did nothing. The finance company and the broker had agreed to retrieve the car and my son would be reimbursed any monies paid for the car. It has completely decimated his finances as having to pay for a car that cant be used as well as insurance. He has also had to pay for travel etc.As of yesterday the car was being collected over the next few days. Now both the finance and the broker have relayed that in actual fact Precision Motors had said they had apparently changed their minds and WOULD take the car and repair it!!! Quite rightly the Trading Standards and the FCA have both said this is outside a reasonable time frame to expect a customer to agree to. Also it should not just " be taken to a garage to be repaired"! it would be required to go to an approved Mercedes garage for any work. Besides all this, he understandably, he does not want the car full stop. He has lost all faith and trust in this company. The decent thing to do would be collect the car and refund the finance. Then do what you want with your car. Absolutely disgusting service.
