I was concerned about a mark/spot on my back. Laura was very professional but also friendly, helpful & informative. Laura examined the area and I agreed for Cryotherapy to remove the problem spot. So glad I did and now my mind has been put at ease. Also, appointment time is very flexible, amazing to be seen on a Sunday. Definitely recommended.
