I believe that The HIre Talent…
I believe that The HIre Talent Pre-Employment Assessments are a decent tool and help our company when we attempt to hire people who would fit our company. Sometimes, some of the findings based on the assessment questions seem to reach a different conclusion than what I would expect at times. Therefore, I ask myself what led The Hire Talent to that conclusion and then I make some of my own conclusions. It is a valuable tool though.

There definitely will be times when the assessment results differ from the impression a candidate leaves. One of the values of the assessments is they act as an additional check-and-balance to make sure all angles are being evaluated before making a hiring decision.
Part of our service is reviewing candidates' results with you so if you ever have questions about a candidate's results, our team would love to clear those up with you and help put the results in the context of your experience with that particular candidate and their past work history.

Fletcher and the team at Hire Talent is at the top of the game. We're a small music education platform in the process of hiring our first 2 employees, and Fletcher has been instrumental in helping us find the right talent. Through our consulting calls, Fletcher guided us on what questions to ask, what qualities to look for, how to test for those qualities, and what to avoid in candidates. So far, we are very happy with the pool of applicants we've received, and we look forward to working with the team on the rest of the process and future hiring endeavors.

The assessments are awesome
The assessments are awesome, they are a wonderful objective measure of something quite hard to assess by any other means. I expect to use it for every hire going forward.
The support staff has been outstanding as well.

I went from a skeptic to a believer. I've used the tools for almost 3 years. The assessments have helped me make better hiring decisions and as importantly, gave me insight on how to coach new hires since I had better information on their strengths & weaknesses. I won't make a hire without using the 3 assessments we've chosen.

Very good content. Feedback from candidates is that the modules take too long to complete. We're asking for 70 - 90 minutes of their time before the first interview.

I love the ease of communication with your reps, particularly Weston and David. They are always so helpful! The only thing i'd change is the appearance. It's a little dated, and I don't think it effectively markets your product. We have found it very useful for our company, but we've had applicants comment on the appearance of the portal.
