It's been 2 years now; Our restaurant is using services from Prefectos.
Ignis Epos itself is user friendly and takes no time to train employees.
The most attractive feature is when delivery orders come directly into the system or the screen, saving many hours to manually enter the order receipts. This feature has largely enabled us to minimize mistakes while preparing and dispatching food to the customers.
Behind the scenes, backoffice module demonstrates outstanding features enabling us to access real time data of how busy the restaurant is? How many staff members on the shift? Generating different reports on a fingertip making it accessible and highly scalable to compare different aspects of business. These features are to just name a few from the vast available features.
Also, Rota planning and Attendance is a piece of cake now; taking away all the stress of inaccurate and unaccounted Attendance.
Team is highly professional. Always available to assist with queries during integration. Highly recommend for busy restaurants to unlock their potential.
